As another happy user of the West Hunter WHT 3-12x44 SF IR FFP, I support this message! Overall very bright image, does get a little distorted towards the edges at extreme zoom but otherwise it's a really great scope for the money!

To get a PP20 or ... maybe a HW44... too many decisions! How is the balance of that thing one-handed? I've thought about that too but always thought it looked way too long and front heavy.

So the thing that I love about the L2 is that it fits into a normal backpack! But also the problem is that I run out of air SO FAST. What buddy bottle tanks/sizes have y'all found to be the best fit so that I can carry more air with me in a backpack along with the L2?

Is the 10x40 just not compatible with glasses at all? Can you roll the eye cup up or something and use it that way with glasses?

I got one of these for my L2! Some notes, coming from someone with very little experience with scopes (but plenty with binoculars and spotting scopes): Illuminated reticle was absolutely the correct choice, has very fine reticle that would be really hard to see without the illumination...
