Thanks y'all. Me and my gun buddies pow wow's over this. I have been doing dry fires and have to cock the bolt each time so no semi-auto. We are thinking that we need to load the magazine and try it that way to see if the added back pressure will give us semi-auto.

I received a new AEA HP SS .25 for Christmas. It arrived a month late. The bolt won't lock in the open position and wont rotate down in the closed position. I have emailed AEA USA and they have not responded. Any help out there?
