Quail are such a tease. Taste great but you gotta work for a meal! I take the breast and pop it in half a jalapeño with cream cheese then wrap in bacon. Makes em go a little farther

Such a great idea i may do the same but put a piece of hardware cloth on the top instead of the lid so it doesn't blow apart after a bit.
