Hi that's not the case I have 2 bottles and both don't fill there are no leaks it takes 15 minutes to put in 2bar in.

Hi just completed that test it did get to 300 bar but took about 2 minutes to do so no pressure leaks.

Hi I have emailed hill and they will probably get back to me on Monday. As soon as I find the problem I'll post it on here so it might help someone in the future.

Hi thank for your reply. I have changed the pipe and there are no leaks . But still not filling I was working it put 70bar in then stopped filling but still running.
