After reading most of the opinions the Ghost sounds like an excellent platform. Any air rifle can issues due to one thing or another but as long as it's fixable there really isn't a problem. I work on all of my airguns out of necessity and with the cost of shipping now will continue to do so...

Nice looking Crosman 600. I really enjoy plinking with my 600s especially when the temps are above 80 degrees outside.

I was thinking about a BRK Ghost as my next PCP purchase and will follow to see how common this issue is. For the cost involved I would have expected something close to perfection right out of the box. Maybe this is unrealistic thinking?

Check out some of Mr Hollowpoints videos as he does a lot of testing with helium in his big bore air rifles. I've never found the need for it in any of my big bore air rifles. The cost doesn't justify it for me. My 2 cents.

It sounds like a great idea. There will undoubtedly be interest from people that have no knowledge of airguns and this sport as a whole so a show is the perfect venue to attract new people to the sport. It's also a perfect opportunity to give the newcomers some hands on and will be perfect...

It sounds like the magazine is bound up. Did you remove the barrel for cleaning? If you did the barrel might be putting pressure on the mag. Try loosening it slightly and retest.

If you find a source for better screws please share the link with us. I have been reluctant to try to remove the side plate screws on my Blitz.

It sounds like the barrel is interfering with the magazine if you are having to rotate it by hand. Loosen the barrel slightly and retest it. Be sure and let us know if it helps.

The foam is a great idea. I'm going to try this on my Sidewinder and Rattler.

This +1 for anything that's exposed to HPA. A good synthetic grease on any metal to metal that doesn't come in contact with HPA.
