Ditto to what has been said above. Plus the threading needs to be concentric with the internal bore of the barrel, not the exterior. These are not necessarily the same.

I just got one today. I ordered a .177 and also the 350mm .22 barrel. We are in the middle of a blizzard / ice storm, so it will be a few days before I get to shoot it.
