My Wildcat Compact 22 came from Talon Tunes with 2, a 600mm barrel and liner I ordered came with 3.

Those dimensions match my WC Mk3 barrels.

My mk3 has a small brass washer that goes on the liner lock between the barrel sleeve and the shroud. I’ve been able to fish it out of the shroud and put it back on the liner lock when I put the shroud back on.

3 AL 3000 identifies a scuba tank as a DOT Series 3 tank, AL means aluminum, 3000 is maximum fill pressure. That identifier is stamped into the older series of tanks. 80 refers to the volume, 80 cubic feet of compessed gas.

I have one on a 600mm Superior on a Wildcat and I can’t match what I can do with a 500mm Superior with o-rings. Still trying to find that right tune though.

My Taipan Vet has about 1/8” clearance between the end of the barrel and the first baffle cone. Adding to Corny’s list the STO Falx uses a more open body without individual baffles.

Thammer if you don’t mind sharing your techniques how do you cut the crown? I’ve seen a lot of methods posted, from brass screws with grinding compound to tool-post grinders on a lathe, with angles from zero to whatever you get when the brass screw wears down.
