Sorry I missed out! How was it? Trying to schedule time off has been difficult lately. Is this a place anybody can go to or private. I'd liked to go during the week if possible, if not I hope you guys plan another trip soon!

I'm in the same boat. I too live in OC. I keep asking around with no luck. I end up driving over an hour to shoot.

There is quite a bit more maching on the impact. More features , more adjustments, more parts.

If you grab the non telescoping part of the shroud and turn the barrel counter clockwise it will come off. I'm not sure of the thread size yet. I'll try and find and will post it as soon as I measure it.

It's here and it's awesome! I put my hawk 6.5-20 and sighted in at 25 yards. Pellet on Pellet at that range. Shot it over the chrony with JSB kings and was getting 890 fps set on 4 and with the heavies 810 fps set on 5 tweaked the valve a tad and got it up to 900 fps with JSB kings. I didn't...

The impact has interchangeable barrels? Right? The fx smooth twist barrels cost 440 a piece. I'm sure we can have some other manufacturer make them for less. They could end up being more accurate as well.

I'm really looking forward to dialing in the JSB heavies. Also,Think about the possibilities of after market barrels. One could really squeeze the accuracy out of this gun.

Received an email and tracking # from AOA for delivery on Monday . Pretty darn excited!

It would be nice if at least they could give accurate lead times! If a manufacturer makes and ships the guns to a dealer, then they should have a much better idea. They have tracking numbers and such to give us a better answer then the NOT SURE!!!! , but we are expecting a shipment.

I know it's frustrating. I bought a brand new Chevy truck...parked it and came out the next morning to admire my new truck and found it leaking oil. Took it back to dealer 3 times before they fixed it. Then the a/c crapped out 3 months later. Talk about dissapointed! This stuff happens. People...

That sounds about right! Spoke with them yesterday and they are expecting a shipment within the month. I know how you feel! I feel like a kid on Christmas eve. Except it's played over perpetually for four months....starting to doubt Santa Claus. Ha Ha😃

Anyone waiting to hear from AOA on their impact? I emailed them last week and they are expecting a shipment by mid to late march. I asked them where I'm at on the list, they could not answer me. Just curious to see what other people are finding out.
