Can I jump in on this thread? I was thinking a lot about it....I own an FX Impact in .30 cal. I am searching for a used caliber change setup as we speak....but I got to thinking lets go beyond the FX Impact in a sense.... What If we could do like a an airgun or airgun accessory lease? ...

    Hatsan's new factory regulator

BigTinBoat- you are absolutely correct. And I apologize if I mislead you or anyone. I want to say just this: I think all manufacturers who make regulators make a fine product. There are many out there all have their merits. I am glad to hear that Hatsan will honor warranties for their...

    FX impact scope height

I also thought of printing my own low cheek piece on my 3 d printer. I like your idea of the molding agent though. Sounds like it would be very comfortable and repeatable hold. Please let us know how it comes out. I would try it myself if yours turns out nice. I also though of just cutting...

    FX impact scope height

I have found removing the cheek piece gives better clearance with low mounts. Although the bare metal is cold against my cheek. I am not suggesting you do this, but it works for me. my scope center and barrel center measures 2.7 inches between the two.

    Hatsan's new factory regulator

I apologize if I am weaving a web...I don't think I was being deceptive. I never down played their product...I only suggested why I believe the product I sell is the best on the market and what it is capable of VS the competition. You called me a liar on a famous website. That is wrong. i...

    Hatsan's new factory regulator

How was a lying? Were is the dishonesty? I asked Htasan all the questions I asked you...The rep their did not want to elaborate on the topics I brought up. They told me it was user adjustable....but they failed to tell me that it would not be covered if you did so. What use is that? Your...

    Hatsan's new factory regulator

Thats okay Im not forcing you...I was NOT trying to be deceptive...I assumed it needed to go back to PA for adjustment since it needed to be professionally installed. It has no warranty if it adjusted or manipulated at home...it says it right on the PA website. So if you buy this product from...

    Hatsan's new factory regulator

BigTinBoat- Yes I did...I was merely asking you if you knew the answers. I am not in the business of Advertising for Hatsan since I sell the competition. Also I have not tested their reg yet because it has not come across my hands to put in a rifle. But I did look at it, and i did ask them...

    Hatsan's new factory regulator

BigTinBoat- I am an avid airgunner and tinker a lot with regulators from huma and the competition . I will say this, it is not hard to make a good regulator almost all the competitors in the market make a wonderful regulator...I'm sure the Hatsan reg is good and does the job well. All I...

    Hatsan's new factory regulator

BigTinBoat- I did read the post clearly...I also saw the Hatsan regulator at the shot show when I was There (I held it in my hand) It was made well. Almost all regulators are adjustable... My question is: How do you adjust it? and how can you tell where you adjusted it too? Does it come...

    Hatsan's new factory regulator

I think the one of the biggest drawbacks here is the ease of of being able to adjust the settings on the regulator. I have found that every gun is different so even the same make and model of gun can benefit from being able to fine tune the regulator for the specific gun characteristics it's...

Had a chance to sneak awy today!

Decided to take the FX Impact .25 cal and Hummingbird .22 cal out today. Up first is the FX Impact. Sporting a Leupold scope. I was shooting the 25.4 grain pellets @ 890fps. This big grey was taken straight up a tree. It was nearly 35-40 yards up and I was directly under it. I had to use a...
