Wouldn't surprise me. I got one of the original so called 457 challengers and they actually had groove diameters closer to .461. Luckily mine is accurate with both 467 and 460 slugs

But with the swage die I can make light or heavy slugs and tune for exact weight that works best. I already had the swage press for small bore slugs I make anyway. It's nice to not have to melt lead too, I can make them at the kitchen table, just wipe everything down after

I make my own .460 slugs with my Corbin press and I have a sizer die to reduce them down to .457 if I want which I do need to for my don cothran

You're not wrong. I love my challenger bullpup but the sear broke on me at one point in time and had that happened while it was cocked and loaded.... I had a machine shop replicate the part in hardened tool steel and its been solid ever since but there's no excuse for the poor quality of that...

Not that it's likely relevant to anything here but another difference might be the width of the magazines and thus longest ammo that can fit. I have serial # 5 and it can fit 11mm long slugs but others tell me theirs fits only 10.9mm, which is how my rifles are

I just recently got a cs4 otherwise I'd be stuck with just a tank too (and my huben hand pump i suppose, but that thing takes like 150 strokes to fill the pistol) and would not get quite as much enjoyment out of the gk1.
