The Alkin will also fill breathing air to right. For scuba. Is sounds like the nuvair is not for breathing air.

I did like that vertical design on the Alkin. Seems like a good price too. 

Im leaning toward new as its tough to find a good used one for a reasonable price.

Looking to buy a compressor that will fill to 4500 psi that is scuba certified as i dive, and it will fill my great white air tank for my guns. The new compressors are to much money. Lol
