I have an 11 year old grandson and he has shot my Impact, LC19, L2, and a few others. The L2 is by far his favorite. Size fits him well and simiauto is high in the fun meter. I would recommend you go with the short version vs the Valkyrie configuration for ease of holding.

My point is make sure you can get parts for it.

I have the 5-42 on my delta wolf and love it. My favorite out of my stable which includes night force 8-32 and 7-35, and hawke 5-25. You can’t have too much power in my opinion.

I have observed a 10bar swing in regulator pressure as temp went from 70 to 90 F.

I bought one of the last Xs in .30 right before the PP was introduced. Other than an extended rail it is stock and very accurate. Thought about adding the PP to reduce pressure but decided to leave well enough alone. No leaks and another year on the warranty.

Yes take off the suppressor and wear hearing protection. They will break the sound barrier and punch through a cardboard box at 10’. Not my preferred cleaning method but interestingly the Delta Wolf manual says to use them.

It is most likely the help. I received four shipments of back ordered pellets from PA week and all were packed differently. Some perfect and some with no padding at all. A few badly dented tins but surprisingly little damage to the pellets.

Preorders from early June just shipped from PA. As others have said , preorder and wait.
