Done as smokingTRG suggested, removed the power reducer screw under magazine, all working as it should now. Many thanks for all your suggestions guys you have saved me the hassle of retuning the rifle to the dealer for a 20 second job. Thanks Andy

Yes it's just really quiet, it's releasing air when fired just a tiny amount only enough to send a pellet 4-6 inches into the barrel.
