If removing the barrel, wouldn't heat work the best? Lead melts at 650ºF, pretty easy to get that from a shop torch without heating the barrel too much. I don't know, just asking.

That is the style plenum I want for the original Avenger to hide in the wood stock. It probably wouldn't really fit completely inside the stock but might look better than sticking straight down out of the rifle. If I knew how to machine stuff....

Nice! I just went back and looked at your other mods. (y) I was trying to up power while maintaining shot count but I didn't get near the power increase you have for obvious reasons. Looks like it's time to do some porting and see if I can find the happy medium of fps and shot count....

They are smart birds. You could make a sniper hide or stop shooting them for a while. I have the same issue with squirrels. Walk out with no gun and they sit there and chew or bury their nut. Walk out with a gun and they're gone in an instant.

@sb327 - What's the reason for having the reg so high? I was wondering if your creep is related. Are you running a stock barrel and just a plenum?
