Hello From my experience, please open and check the regulator you will find that it needs extreme cleaning. There are extra oil and some greenish oxidation .

Regulator definitely needs to be cleaned due to excessive amount of oil, ( green residue built up in brass components of regulator). Parts are hard to get, normally ends up to acquire from UK.
