Nah, disassembly only happened after indexing issues. I'm sending it back - don't want to risk causing damage. And, yes, I'm new to the forum. Not sure what that has to do with a technical question.

Thanks! I completed the disassembly, but it didn't solve my indexing issues. I think I'm going to have to ship it back to Edgun West if I can't figure out what else could be wrong.
