I'm running an Athlon Talos 3-12x40 on my HW30K. Very happy with it. Crisp glass and has been holding a zero for several tins Using a Hawke Airmax 3-9x40 on my HW50S and also have been pleased with the clarity and how well it is holding a zero.

My Bugbuster has been mounted for a month and I have had zero movement of the mounts. As long as you don't over tighten anything I don't see any problem with the plastic rails. I've been clapping starlings and sparrows out 35+ yards out. The only issue I have is the relatively low muzzle...
