I actually just attempted to purchase just the Crown shroud as I have a .177 kit that came on my dreamline and I wanted to put the .177 on the crown. FXUSA told me I had to buy an entire barrel kit. They also told me I should do that anyway because it is easier to swap kits rather than shrouds. ...

I have one in .177. The barrel clank annoyed me to no end. I just took an o-ring and placed it on the outside of the barrel "shroud". Clanking solved. Doesnt look like an eyesore either.
