I’ve been in touch with FX for some time about this issue, finally FX have now redesigned a new valve & plenum nose o-ring combination. Retailers should be receiving the new parts soon & new rifles will soon come with the newly redesigned parts 👍👍 Hopefully this will help everyone in the future.

Its not needed but it is recommended, the twist rate of the slug liner provides best results for heavy slugs, you'll likely see improved accuracy with the slug liner in.
