Diana Diana N-Tec; Anyone still using one?

I'm a big gas ram fan, although I only have a few hw 90s so my experience is limited. It's just my opinion but the Theobin style gas ram is the best. It's rebuildable, and adjustable. I think the biggest dig that most people have on rammers is that they are significantly more difficult...

N/A What is considered the “best”

I think these type of posts mainly serve the purpose of giving us a chance to wax eloquent over the primary elements of something we're passionate about.

N/A What is considered the “best”

There are some negatives to the tx200 (which is my personal favorite). But in the positive side. They are hands down the easiest to strip and work on. Parts availability is usually abundant. The carbine version is great, and if that doesn't suit they offer the standard version. They're super...

Other Anybody else having trouble with bidding on ebay?

I'm aware of the fact that it's still legal to purchase airguns in Ca. That's why we're having this discussion. But the fact still remains that in conservative states ebay doesn't restrict their purchasing airguns, it appears to be only blue states. There has to be some law that ebay is...

Other Anybody else having trouble with bidding on ebay?

California is currently heading towards bankruptcy, among countless other issues. But my main point is the matter we're discussing, I'm currently unable to bid or purchase an airgun off ebay (I've purchased quite a few in the past with no issues). The only explanation is the laws enacted by the...

Other Anybody else having trouble with bidding on ebay?

I don't get this either. It ultimately hurts ebay itself by limiting the number of eligible bidders, they're losing revenue.

Other Anybody else having trouble with bidding on ebay?

I'm in California and I've spent over an hour with ebay customer service, talked with 3 different agents. They all told me they couldn't see any reason why I couldn't bid on different airgun listing's I gave them. If the sellers list the airguns as ammo or something else there's no restriction...

    N/A Spring or gas piston?

There's advantages to both. My two favorite aiguns are the tx200 and hw90. For hunting and longer distances I prefer my hw90 in .20. It is less affected by wind (than .177). It has a resetable safety, a faster smoother shot cycle, and is has infinitely adjustable power level to find that sweet...

Air Arms Need the tiny little "circlip" for TX200 cocking lever/handle

Pack of 100? They just became disposable circlips. :giggle:

Stoeger Stoeger X20S - Keep & Fix or Chuck It?

It never hurts to take it apart and have a look inside (as TnCnDn suggested). My main concern is the barrel. I had a tx200 that I rebarreled because it absolutely would not group with any pellet I fed it. It shoots fantastic now, actually probably my most accurate gun, it just needed a new barrel.

Stoeger Stoeger X20S - Keep & Fix or Chuck It?

My question would be, did it ever shoot well? If the barrel is trash you'd be throwing your money away. Better off putting your money towards a winning horse (so to speak).

    RWS RWS Triggers

I always look at the profile of the trigger blade itself. The T06 is slimmer and has a little more of a curve to it. The T05 is fatter. Once you compare the two it's easy to spot.

    Other Sad stats for springers

I agree with the lack of attention span, in the youth of today. I think they just have too many avenues of entertainment. I recognize there are regional differences, for example country kids are usually more likely to spend time outside than city kids. But I couldn't imagine growing up today, I...

Tuning When did you decide to start working on your springers?

I had a D48 that had a spring failure. I never wanted to send it to rws for repair. I ended up shelving it as I was more interested in my powder burners, I also had a D24C. Around 2010 I figured the gun is useless to me, it's already broken, might as well give it a go. Somehow I was able to get...

Air Arms TX200 MKI Maintenance and Upgrade

I think it is a vortek. But your right I don't see a lip. Interesting, I don't think it would be very easy to install them backwards, that would be a tight fit.
