Yes, Maineiac is 100% correct. GCU1 came with the lower voltage battery. They needed the higher voltage for the Safari and then incorporated it into all of the Redwolfs (GCU 2) which provides greater power. I have a "normal power .177 Redwolf GCU1" and a buddy has the same normal power .177...

Squack is correct. My regulated .177 shoots at 18 FPE w/ 10.4grain JSB/Air Arms. Huntsman is kind of loud to shoot indoor especially without a moderator. Good luck!
