There's only one way to find out for sure. It may not affect it adversely, it could get better or worse or not change at all. I say try it, then you will know. My RAW HM1000 x shoots them at 960fps and is very accurate. 1/2 in or less at 50 yards. One thing you will notice is your shot count...

Two things come to mind. The scope mounts are sliding due to recoil or the stock screws that secure the action have worked loose. You need to check them regularly as they work loose on spring guns. That gun has a Picatinney rail correct? if so it shouldn't be sliding there but check all scope...

That's great news Joe! Thanks for keeping us informed about your experience. That's a great recommendation for both the scope and the company. I really like that they have such wide range of scopes from inexpensive to high end with many models that are good for air guns. Nice to have new options.

Well these reports are very promising! I wonder if I will ever get to play with one? Glad you guys are happy! Would be interesting to see how that Midas stacks up against the March Nutcracker. That's some stiff competition.

Txaggie929 I ordered mine from Optics Planet, as yet they have not charged my card. I don't really mind unless it really going to be a long wait. I consider the money spent once I place my order. Makes it easier to keep my ledger straight. But that's just me.

If testing them on a pcp just don't torque them down tight during your test period. But it's true that high quality rings won't leave marks if you are careful.
