I agree with bkyrdsnpr , Get an older Cricket & don't look back. Bought a new 25 Cricket from Charlie @ Georgia Airguns years ago. After unpacking it, adding a scope and sighting in, I swear I never so much as turned a screw on that AG or even replaced a single oring in thousands of shots...

Definitely my Ernest-tuned Colibri. Best hunting AG I ever had. Powerful, accurate and nimble. If I reflect on the last 5 or 6 years, pound for pound had more fun with this AG than any of the others combined. (Day or night) , and never a hiccup.

I got a lemon, too. Just couldn't get it to group. Turns out the bore was drilled off-center at the factory. Took a 2240 barrel and duplicated it on my lathe. Now its a tackdriver, and with the piston-top/metal duct tape trick, it shoots .22 Hobby's around 350fps.

Pretty popular with me. My R10 in .20 shoots like a PCP @40yds without trying too hard (sandbag) My 177's and 22 springers cant do this.

I make these correct fitting screws. Steel or brass. I beleive they fit HW80, R1, R9, R10, etc. Thats my R10 in .20 in the pics. I check each set I make in that rifle before they ship out. Lower 48 states only. PM me if any interest.
