Shooting to low of reg pressure can cause dammage to what???

I've shot my .22 as low as 1000 on the regulator shooting 14.3grn at 757 fps with a SD of 3. my sd's are tighter 1200 and up on the reg.

I am shooting Crosman Premier domed 10.5 grains in my .177 Avenger. Their speed is around 880-900FPS. They are accurate to 50-60 yards...
