Are there any Central Florida airgun clubs?

I'm looking at getting into the airgun world and I would like to learn a bit more about them, and possibly handle one or three, before I take the plunge. I've looked online and tried calling ranges and have yet to find any local clubs. I can't even find any shops near Orlando, Florida that carry any of the higher end rifles. When I search on the forum for Orlando, I get OrlandoWindFlags.com.



Can someone please help me identify a club or two, or if you're local to Orlando / Kissimmee and are willing to spend some time with an air rifle newbie, but a near MOA shot with my 6.8SPCII, please let me know.

I know of DonnyFL. I've researched his moderators for the FX Impact and have questions about those too. My issue with approaching him directly is more of being respectful of his time. He is a quazi celebrity in this world and I'd bet if he had a dollar for every time someone like me asked for help he wouldn't have to sell moderators anymore. I'll go down that route if I can't find a club or other avenue.



Plus, he is probably on his way out to Utah for the Rocky Mountain Airgun Challenge.

I also live in central fl, and unfortunately I also have not been able to find any airgun clubs in the area. Also haven't found any local shops at all that carry any high end guns. I have purchased my guns from Airguns Arizona and recently Utah Airguns. Utah Airguns has been a bit more helpful with packages and customer service. As others mentioned Donnyfl is also a great source. YouTube, and this site have been my go to for info. I have been collecting and shooting last 5-6 years and am still learning a lot daily here lol...

DeSoto Airgunners (Arcadia, Florida) is having a bench rest competition this Sunday (June 9, 2019). Anyone interested in airguns is welcome to come and check us out. . We shoot Field Target and when the weather gets too warm to be humping equipment around, we shoot bench rest. Bench Rest matches start around 0930.

Hey guys I live in Kissimmee. Im looking for guys to shoot with too. It sucks that we dont have any known clubs around the area. Anyways if you guys down let me know and we could go to a range. I was thinking about the TRIPLE N RANCH. Also join this app that I found recently called (GUN SOCIETY) and look for group (AIRGUNS ORLANDO). im trying to build a group for all airguns.

I am in Kissimmee as well and have had no luck finding anybody so far. I don't have an air rifle yet and wanted to educate myself before jumping in since this isn't a particularly inexpensive sport. There aren't any AIR gun clubs within a reasonable distance, Desoto is the closest but that's over 2 hours away. A friend of mine who belongs to Central Florida Rifle and Pistol Club is searching for one of their moderators to ask about PCP guys but they haven't crossed paths in the past few weeks. I am confident that PCP guys are here, but nothing is really set up.

If you haven't been to Tripple N Ranch it is a very nice range. They are safety conscious yet aren't overbearing, they are inexpensive, yet clean and friendly, and they have ranges up to 200 yards. My centerfires love it there. All other "local" long distance ranges in Central Florida that I have found have a hefty annual membership fee and additional requirements which in my opinion don't make sense unless you go out weekly.

I'll update this thread when/if I do find anybody or we get anything going.

Cool. I'm also on the learning route. Got my rifle for about 2 months now. As far as learning my only source is youtube. I picked Diana 34 .22 classic because it shows up everywhere I look in forums and videos. Compare to everything else i seem at walmart and sports academy im glad i went with it. Ill be looking out for updates.

I live in Clermont Florida. Love Airguns. Started out with an air arms tx200 and air arms pro sport but I sold them both after I bought my first PCP. I now own three but I know that number will slowly increase😂



maybe we can start a central Florida airgun club if we have enough members. Lots of open space out here in Clermont! If anybody here is interested send me an email to [email protected] and I’ll start a group thread or something and see if we can get something rolling. Please include name city phone number and what type of shooting you do or would be interested in doing. Guns you own would be cool to add as well. I can then prepare a list to email out to everyone and maybe we can have our first meet sooner than we think. I have some friends with land. It wouldn’t be that hard to set up. 



My my name by the way is Robert Hales and I own a hatsan bullpup in .25. An airforce condor .22 and a gamo tc35L which I plan on hunting deer with this season. 



My dream gun is an FX Impact set up for benchrest shooting!
