Huben regulator set @ 2500psi 820-830fps, with power wheel setting @10, bottle set at 3500psi and no air leaks at breech. Thought there may be something I am missing besides a lighter pellet or higher wheel setting. Thanks.

Im sure you have already seen this great video but just in case take a look. I think buddy has a Talon hammer weight but note his power wheel is set on 4. What happens with your rifle when you lower the power wheel setting? For reference his rifle is set at ~2400psi on the reg and is launching the FX 34g pellets at ~918fps.

MongooseV8..Yes I have seen that video. I use the same regulator but set on 2500psi and the bottle is 3500psi working down to the regulator psi giving me amazingly consistent nickel sized results using the redesigned 25.39gr up to 40-50yds at only mid 30's energy. I like the heavier pellet..that may me my problem not getting the higher fps. I am getting only 820-830fps. He is using a heavier hammer weight; however, I want to stay with the stock Condorss hammer. I am asking if there is possibly another solution to getting 860-880fps that will give me upper 30's energy. That video may not mention the pellet he used which may be much lighter; or I missed it. Thank you for your suggestion...really appreciate it.

What Im getting at is your reg setting and hammer strike are probably not balanced. You should have no problem getting 50-60fpe no matter what pellet you use. The pellet weight isnt the issue and wont solve your fps goals. I would adjust the power wheel starting down low at maybe 3. Shoot 5 pellets and see what your fps is and if it is stable. Then move up to power wheel 4, another 5 rounds etc.
You should be able to find where the fps levels off and stop increasing with addition power wheel increase. Then if you kept going up from there you should see erratic fps numbers and even see your speeds drop off. You want to hit your valve with the right amount of hammer strike. If you cannot control your fps in this manner, either your reg setting is too high/low or your total hammer strike is too high/low. You will need to find the fps plateau before really know anything useful.
ETA: Sorry somehow I missed you are tuning a 22Cal not a 25Cal

What's the history of the gun?
Could it have a non-standard Condor valve in it?
Is it new enough that it has the RingLock valve with swappable transfer ports? If so, and if you've got a small one installed, they can really strangle power.
I haven't tried to max it out with the .22 barrel, but my Condor SS in .25 does 75+ fpe with only 1800psi. And that's not even leaning on it heavy.

Yeah I agree with @Franklink, assuming you do have hammer/valve control as I stated above. I believe @AirShootist has stated here that he likes to use the biggest top hat available in his rifles. Assuming he has a bigger top hat in his old 22Cal videos, that would explain your rifle not shooting quite as fast. He said in an older video his 22Cal was also at 180Bar on the reg which is a little higher than yours is set. I would also guess he has the same Talon Tunes hammer weight in that build as well. His was making about 45-50fpe according to the numbers in his video.

My Condor is less than a couple months old...New direct from Airforce on their 4th of July promotion. Yes, ring lock...I am using the standard top hat from my new Huben TopHat regulator I just received. I have no clue if the std. Huben Top hat has the larger transfer port....and THAT may be a viable solution to my conundrum! Thank you!
MONGOOSV8: To answer your question on post #4 above...that is what I did...started at power wheel 2, shooting several pellets (749fpe), then 4 (788fpe), then pw 6, 8, until now at 10 giving me the 820-830fps in post #3 above. Your thoughts are right in line with mine and thank you!
Interesting that I noted the bolt handle was popping out of either Frame locking notches into the center upon firing...I then put my hand over the bolt handle and felt the rush of air upon firing. I noted that the bolt handle only fit into either of the frame notch locking positions only half way. I then adjusted the top hat inward until the bolt handle fit fully into both of the frame notch locking positions. Then fired the rifle and the bolt handle stayed in either of the notch locking positions! Then fired with my hand over the bolt handle and felt no air escaping. That seemed to help about 40-50fps of escaping air! That brought me up to the present 820-830fps.

I run my .25 Condor 24" barrel with a Huben Power MAX-ATH regulator set at 1500psi and get 850FPS shooting the H&N Baracuda 30gr.
When I used the Dream Universal regulator with the 19.5cc plenum I believe I had to run the reg at 1700-1800psi.

Yep, makes a major difference when comparing to stock spring, stock hammer, stock Huben top-hat regulator, .22 cal with your .25........

My .22 19" with the BAP (big *ss plenum), reg 1/2 of Cricket Regulator and a U-adapter shoots Baracuda Match at 950fps and 1700psi. That only has the 70g hammer. Not exactly sure which tophat i have in there.
The plenum is the key and the barrel length is the frosting.

OP here: Wow what a rig you have there! My rig in post #1 is below. Yes your .22 Barracuda Match is lighter 21.14gr....compared to my heavy 25.39gr Jumbo monster redesigned pellet...which was my point early on that if I used a lighter pellet, the fps "may" go up. However, I do want to keep using the 25.39 pellet for its moderate wind resistance and incredible accuracy, but get my fps up to upper 800's; otherwise I may be stuck at 820-830fps. I may just experiment with a lighter pellet and see what happens to that theory? Also going to try JSB-Knockout Slug 22 MK2 25.39gr, which is the same gr. weight I am using above. Thank you Ratzy!

With 50cc plenum and a 18" barrel I would think you should be able to push those pellets well into the low 900FPS with the stock valve.
First thing I'd try is a high flow valve 8mm/5.5mm. AliExpess about $45.
Or the high flow valve kit
70g or 95g hammer from trajectron.com for $45 plus $17 shipping.
Trajectron.com has the high flow valve for $106. Not the extreme flow...
For springs i just bought differing sring rates of the correct length and diameter from AliExpress.
I with the pictured setup and the reg at around 2700psi and the Baracuda were around 1050FPS
