So I dissembled the airgun again and after I made a DIY valve removal tool, I removed the valve.
The valve and the pin surfaces look fine to me. It some effort to remove it though. I have also
replaced the valve seat o-ring for good measure. The original looks fine though.
You can also have a look inside the valve housing.
If something does not look right I would appreciate if you can tell me.
Not sure yet what is wrong. Its not a slow leak, its a fast leak, like the
valve is not seating properly at all.

Please stop this in every FX thread. Those guns have their problems too. If you do some research you will find sub par barrels in 25 and 30 cal were/are a thing. So guns that cost well over 2k that can’t shoot even pellets. That is beyond imagination of unacceptable. It isn’t just FX.

This time when I tried to fill it up, it went up to 150 bar, but the regulator gauge showed zero and I stopped!
When I removed the fill probe, all air rushed out in a matter of few seconds...

A bad gauge or seized regI replaced the valve seat o-ring and I reassembled everything.

But how? Everything was working perfectly before, except the small leak. (around 70 bar per month.)

Did the air rush out the fill port or the barrel ? Sure you didn’t have the reg completely closed ?

Both. I have jet replaced the fill port valve o-ring.
I haven't touched the regulator.
It now fills up to 150 bar but with the regulator gauge showing zero
and air leaking from the barrel...

The regulator cannot be seized, because air passes through it and leaks from the barrel and the breech.
Correct?

I assumed when you said it leaked from the fill port when you removed the probe. and that the reg gauge showed 0 it was only coming from the fill port.

It’s probably safe to assume your valve is the issue. Replace it. Just the oring wasn’t the issue. Once again the valve can “look” good the imperfections aren’t visually perceptible sometimes. The check valve on the fill port sounds shot now too. Like the check valve was installed wrong or it’s screwed.

For air to pass the valve and exit the barrel it is impossible to have a proper seal. UNLESS there is a fracture in the gun body. Air is passing the valve. Somehow. Whether it be the face of the seat has tiny imperfections. Micro fractures, the Delrin gasket on the valve may be imperfect. Air is passing the valve
