What pistol did you shoot today

Just doing some indoor plinking today. Shot the Airbug, Chaser #1, and a .177bb Walther CP99c. A few months back I machined an adapter to fit a Diana moderator on the Walther. So far it works well and really quiets things down for indoor shooting.

Hit ratio is decent at 55 yards on the vertical cans. Horizontal is a bit lower, smaller target. Wind was mild at my back. Not bad for a 3 fpe pistol.

Mac1 LD 14" Hw bbl, Swfa 10x sf milquad. Jsb 14.3 @ 560 on cartridge and 600 on hpa 1000 reg pressure. 1/2 @ 50 easily Just hammered poor bear @ 55 yds.

On form with the Daisy, 10m off-hand with iron sights.

Had some time to do some pellet testing with my HW44. This thing likes everything I have thrown at it so far...

This has been my findings as well. Preference for 8-10 grain range in my 177 cal.

A little slow so I put a drop of oil on the piston seal.
All good now.
I am done trying to shoot the pistol with scope or red dot.
Just open sights for me..

Never knew there were so many S&W 78G/79G owners here. It's good to see.

I bought a nearly new 79G a few years ago as a practice substitute for my PB S&W Model 41. Liked it so much I set out to buy a 78 to
go with it.

Found one in the original box with all the S&W branded goodies included. Such a great combination of weight, balance, and accuracy.
Easy to work on too. Damn shame they were discontinued way back when. I posted these pics before, but not sure where, so-
