I just cut the chase and buy cphp at Walmart..,

Well I can tell you not to buy them from Midway, the last few tins I bought from them looked like somebody used them for hockey pucks before shipping them.

Well a few months back they claimed they fixed the pellet packing problem and taking steps to do better .. as long a Walmart has cphp I don't order stuff anyway..

Well it's about time they did something, I've read posts in the GTA forum YEARS back complaining about their rough handling of pellet tins. Pyramid Air packages their pellets like they're made of Uranium...PERFECT lol!

Well almost. The new benjamin match pellets have a silly cardboard box around them that keeps PA from packaging them as well as they can with other pellets

LoL.. I seen some midway horror stories and the pictures. Pretty sad ..

I took a pellet tin and filled it with pebbles to see if I could reproduce the damage on the tins I received from Midway and I literally had to slam it down onto my cement driveway to even come close LMFAO.

I ordered from Amazon on a sale thing

First order I made then the next day placed a copy order on a whim ..

So the first order came like something from midway. Beat up box , loose dented tins looked like it was dragged behind the truck all the way down i95.

The 2ed order came in 2 days later . New looking clean box not a mark on it , pellets stacked nice and blatter paks to hold them not a scratch ... perfect..

Each came from a different warehouse..

Beat up one from Pennsylvania

Nice neat one from Memphis (??). Not Pennsylvania..lol

Thanks, I have the Discovery pellets, what I was looking for were the new Match Target Benjamin pellets, I finally found some at Air Gun Depot on pre order, a bit expensive at $19.95 a tin (500 .177 cal. 10.2 gr.), I ordered two tins, should be in on 11/13/23, so far .22 cal. hasn't started production.
I have a HW-30 and Crosman Vantage NP both in .177 cal., both super accurate, it should be interesting to see if the claims that this new match target pellet are true, or just more hype.
