I like the form factor of these, similar to my first pcp build. Peek striker! Nice touch. Balanced valves aren't new at all but they do go in depth in explaining how they work.

Its really disappointing they completely and utterly ripped off American Air Arms, using 100% inferior products and hoping the 100% mimicked looks of action, tube, etc would pull wool over peoples eyes.

I also emailed them for pricing. I heard back from the CEO in about a week. 1700--1900 Euros depending on configuration you choose.

So not quite Evol pricing but more than impacts and pantheras... wooooof coming in hard charging. Just buy an Evol.

Hard pass! Already have that $ in my marauder and it's fairly identical, but a better valve, lighter 7 gram hammer, and overall weight of 4.8 lbs

If Benjamin would get with the times and offer a side lever action with most of their line-up, they would probably renew some people's interest in their product line.

Who needs side lever when your cocking force is only 5 lbs though, really unnecessary with the proper valve.

aside from looks is it real a copy of the EVOL?
isnt there another company that makes a gun that looks the same also?
i wish there web site would work for me. on a mac and i can see poo or get any of the links to work i sent them a message about the website and got a reply say they guns where coming this fall LOL

you think its a copy? i am not up on all the guns out there i just thought i seen sevral that looked similar enough i could not tell wich was wich.
i am in the market for EVOL but i started looking at these bse of one of the youtube show that showed it, and i did not make a conection with the EVOL ( wich i will own regardles ) i just like what i heard and seen

It’s straight up designed to look like an Evol. If these are priced anywhere near the Evol’s price range I think it would make sense to just buy the Evol and have a proven tough as nails platform.
If they were selling these at @ half price of an Evol I’d have been interested. It will be interesting to see how they do.

It is so similar you can't deny it. The part of the block where the airtube screws in having that square look is just like the Evol. The pre tensioned barrel system is literally taken from Evols as they are the only gun to have that. Barrel nut is same as Evol where it screws into the breech and the pic rail extends over it just like it. Yes there are changes to it but the basics sure are the same.

Yeah, no doubt it looks like the Evol, but imo the Evol is a tough durable platform for field work while the epic seems to be not about simplicity but rather customization/tunability. That's why for me they seem fundamentally different. I will be gong with the Evol when the time is right (need to thin the herd first).
