Watch the fine print with K&L rip off

I don’t get this. Yes some large companies are kind enough to offer no frills returns but you can’t expect that from everyone. The product wasn’t defective you just didn’t like it. So they really should pay for return shipping ? Reallly?? Restocking fees are quite norm especially from smaller businesses. Returns put a cost burden on them. I realize this can be frustrating but I would never equate the term rip off with this.

A lot of the companies that offer no frills returns are producing product in china and have very little overhead when it comes to labor. To expect a small, USA based company to take items back because you just dont like it is silly, if it was defective sure I could see a complaint here but come on now, I am with you @Trucker3573

Cant expect the amazon return policy everywhere. These businesses pay shipping and employees and payment processors and all the other various expenses of keeping a business going. They dont profit enough on their sales to do it. I think its rude to expect a business to lose money because a person changes their mind. You would let that happen selling a used car. You bought it you own it unless its defective. They call people who ask for these refunds Karens on the internet. Be an adult and take responsibility for your actions. This business has done nothing wrong.

I truly cannot believe the sense of entitlement in this complaint! You bought something and paid for it. They shipped you what YOU purchased, you ended up not liking the size of the item, and they're supposed to just take the hit because you didn't better research your choices? The restocking fee is for wasting everyone's time because time isn't free plus you opened it up and installed it which makes it used. Maybe next time Google pics of whatever you're wanting to buy already on the type of gun you have.

Everybody makes a good point, except it was not installed , Still as new,
Some people are in the sport and it shows , Some people are just to make money and care nothing about the sport, Just saying, I have so many examples , But this is all for my airing out a little bit. Any way I sold it here on AGN gave someone a super good deal on a new part , To me it's not the money it's the principle

So K&L employees working to take the order, ship the order out, take the order back in and do the paperwork is free because you didn't like the item you bought?

@CTairgunner1288 can you please order one of these. I know you will not like this K&L item but I will charge you only a 15% restocking fee and pay 50% of the shipping fee.

How is that for a deal ;)

Whats your point?

Exactly the same as your point, completely nonsensicle.

Lmao, well I know who I won't be taking seriously
There was not a defect in the product, the consumer did not do his due diligence and simply didn't like the item. You are just as much a karen as the OP

25 % is a little steep. Especially when your on the hook for return shipping and if you don’t have a way to see the item in person. Pics can be deceiving. Let’s be real it takes 5 min to package an item up and more then likely the carrier picked up the package. As for the return, carrier drops it at the address and again it takes 5 min to open the package and inspect it. Doctors don’t even make that kind of money. Almost $100 for 10 min max of someone’s time…
