Whats The Quietest PCP You Have Shot?

So I have had a bunch of pcps now some low middle and now high end ones. I have shifted my needs and kind of want the quietest I can get. I have been doing some pest stuff and want it as quiet as can be. I may just be spoiled with my 10fpe dreamtac that I can shoot at anytime because it's that quiet. I have a dreamtac, crown, impact, veteran, and a L2. Even moderated is fine just looking to see what others have found.

Anyone got any ideas on Daystate Revere with moderator (Huggett?) vs HW100 in .177? I'm re-adjusting after my disastrous springer affair. I like classic looks so those seem to be along the lines of what I want. Can I get 12ftlb versions in the US? I'm a paper puncher at short distances so less power for quieter affairs sounds good. Working to keep my tinnitus down is my most important qualification.

My 25 cal, 250mm barreled Classic is quieter than my completely stock P-rod and is a hair more powerful (somewhere around 14-15 FPE). But when you have a 25 cal Polymag traveling below 500 FPS and through an STO insert it's probably not a fair fight. But the stock P-rod is considered to be pretty quiet.

One of my Classics came to me with a high regulator pressure and the 25 cal, 350 mm barrel. HST was only at 7 clicks which was well below the first velocity peak creating very short dwell. That was actually fairly quiet at 7 clicks and I think already over 30 FPE.

I did try it at 17 clicks which was 43 FPE and put in my STO. Not bad but probably not the quietest 43 foot pound PCP in existence.

My drastically de-tuned .177 Marauder, now in another enthusiast's hands. Shooting under 12 ftlbs, giving me over 100 shots (consistent? eh...) that were useful enough for 25 yard plinking, and the only sound was the pellet hitting whatever I aimed at. Accurate, economical, and silent as the day is long. There's a reason the M-rods were long considered the benchmark for backyard friendly in the days before "silence is a priority".

Sorry for resurrecting this old thread back, but I had to since I noticed a lot of people comparing some sub 12 FPE and smaller less powerful .177 cal airguns vs the much more powerful and bigger caliber ones which is completely unfair, lest be real gentleman’s. Definitely by common sence it’s understood that a smaller caliber airgun that does not have enough power to fire a .25 grains caliber pellet at over 900 fps will be more quieter than a more powerful one of a larger caliber.

That being said, the quietest airguns that I have used that can be fired in our backyard without disturbing our closest neighbors have been the fully shrouded Kalibrgun cricket II tactical .60 in .22 and the new Avenge-X in .25 cal, as long as these are shot with one of the most efficient moderators of the market the Huggett snipe. For this reason this are the only ones I am currently using in all my airguns and sold the DonnyFL Sumo, the FX and the other very famous 3D printed moderator Buck-Rail. There is a famous saying that say’s a photo says more than a thousand words, however in this case I have a video that justifies what was said before.

It is and it isn't fair on some levels and where a good shroud comes into play. My .177 10fpe atomic has no shroud basically and without my mod it crazy loud. Now take my veteran or my huben and use just the shroud they are crazy quite. The atomic needs a snipe to become incognito which is as long as the barrel but it serves its purpose and don't mind. My vet and huben only need a atom to get the job done.
