That's great information friend thank you. It looks very nice with a clean simplicity just like the 150 it's fixed to.I have had this scope for many years now and it's been on many pistols..I bought it for my S & W model 41 comp pistol in 1978...mainly because it was shorter in length.. it's a Leupold M8 - 4X power very clear optics with a duel cross recital so at about 15 meters a 1" dot will fill the larger post ..that helps me stay on target better than trying to watch the fine cross hairs instead...the eye relief is quite lengthy but manageable...I do believe that Leupold still carry's a lifetime warranty still ...1" scope rings.. the Vintage Weaver 1" Scope Rings Mounts With Large Thumb Wheels are my most favorite scope rings to use it's very clean looking over today's rings...there are a few sets left on eBay for about 25 dollars.. eBay item number:388765348256...this one is still available...I just bought the other set...sorry I couldn't help myself...as for the scope I just looked on eBay and almost hit the floor...they are going for 500 dollars used..holy crap..here's the item number if you want to check it out....eBay item number:277106566603....I only took it off the 41...because I started shooting competition plates and I needed a red dot for faster target acquisition...I put on a Quick Point from Weaver...with variable 4,6,8 MOA I can cut cards @25 yards with that pistol...if you need anymore info Steveoo..hit me back...Marker
Really Crow? That wasn't the brightest idea. I'm surprised at you.I had the Lazer and lens put in eyes last year. Don’t wear glasses any more.
The sights are what came on and not sure if correct.
The 601 was shooting so low.
I haven’t bought a gas can in 20+ years. Bought one last month and the 601 shot so low I hit my new gas can. View attachment 583742PMO. My mistake. Shot 10 inches low. Not the greatest target holder. 10 meters.
These guns are the best. Crow
Much safer to put out fipronil — all dead in less than 24hr without risk to your health.
i agreeValue for price makes it the best deal in PCP guns without any doubt.
I'm not so sure about not causing damage by opening it up. I'm worked the damage is done. Springs, o-rings, etc have been exposed to the higher pressure for several days+. I just didn't wanna go thru the process of tuning it, rezero, etc only to find it's creeping all over and needs repair.I don’t think you would damage it by opening it all the way if anything follow the procedure to reset a star with about 1400 psi and zero Hammer and they didn’t take your time. You can always go higher on the pressure and you can always go up and down on the hammer Until the rifle start shooting the the projectors you choose the way you want. I figure if you need more than 2600 psi on the rack you shooting too heavy for that particular gun but let’s see how it goes.
Not my friend when they nested inside a tree holding up my backstop, three feet from my target stand you can see in picture. I've been unable to shoot at home for some time..Honey bees are our friends! Call a bee keeper to move the colony
Honey bees are our friends! Call a bee keeper to move the colonyAs others mentioned, wait until near dark or dark, empty a full can spraying into hole bottom of nest. Stand back let them die for 5-10mins. Cut branches holding nest, get rid of nest. Have a second can of spray for any leftovers.
My wife and I just finished dealing with a massive honey bee infestation inside a tree beside backstop. Four cans of spray and a can of spray foam sealed the deal.

Thx. Looks like the stock redwolf need a tune. Ill go for tuning when heliboard arrivesWhen I purchased my .177 RW in LP and my .177 RW in H.P., I had AOA set tune parameters as follows:
RW L.P.
low tune for 8.3’s <12 fpe WFTF legal
medium for 10.3’s @888 fps HFT legal
high for 13.4’s @815 FPS HFT legal
RW H.P.
low for 10.3 at 890 Hft legal
medium for 13.4 at 815 FPS Hft legal
high for 16.1 at 920 fps - pesting
since my main focus is field target im looking for consistent sub 1.5” groups at 55 yards, obviously smaller the group the better, but thats my standard.
My experience with Diablo shape pellets is they do best below 910 FPS With very few exceptions. Remember unless you’re in an enclosure wind and even thermal drift is a thing From moment to moment.

Which 13.4? The monster or monster redesign?
Mine doesnt shoot the 10.3 at low setting - 920fps. Group is too big
Mine doesnt shoot monster 13.4 at 830fps in low. Groups too big
It shoots 16.2 930fps in high and 13.4 monster redesign 810fps in low - perfect groups.
Is this ok from a new redwolf?
Thx!Mine like the JSB 13.4’s both types at 810 fps so my results are similar
Mine like the JSB 13.4’s both types at 810 fps so my results are similarI have bougt a new Redwolf .177 HP
Today I did shoot it for the first time. I did 3x pull trough to clean barrel before shooting
I was at the understanding that the setting low, medium and high should be used with JSB heavy, monster and beast (or equal from Rangemaster) due to writings and reviews.
This is my results on 20yards
Low: JSB 10.34 - 930fps (1.5cm group)
Med: JSB 13.43 - 910fps (1.5cm group)
High: JSB 16.20 - 930ps (5mm group - hole in hole)
I then tried the Monster redesign 13.43 in low setting which gave 815fps and 5mm group - hole in hole
I tried the Monster 13.43 in low setting which gave 830fps and 1.5cm group
So its shooting JSB Monster redesign at low setting and JSB beast at high setting - both to perfection
is this spot on or am I missing something about pellet choice here?
I have ordered a heliboard. Should arrive in 10daysI think with any gun barrels will slightly differ in preferences so I don’t think there is really a normal. The heli board should open up options a lot as you can easily tune it more fine than a stock red wolf which in reality is actually very limited unless you want to get in the weeds with the daystate tuner.
My specific butt stock is a raw. But any AR15 stock will work there are dozens of different styles to choose from.Do you have a link to the butt stock? Is it a direct fit or needs some modification? And can you change that ugly grip?
