At 55fpe it's not back yard friendly but it's a very short quick snap with the new valve internals and hammer mod. Even with a Ronin it's short so making it quiet isn't an issue.

Pyramyd was the importer then. I think there were some issues but seems sorted now. I wouldn't be surprised to see Kral back in the next year. They seem to have finally listened.

Continuing on with pellet pouch variants. For a while i was really happy with a green dog treat pouch. It came with its own belt and had flat magnets which held it together. I could fit my whole hand in there and easily pull out a pellet without looking. However, it was meant for dog treats and not lead pellets, its lining wore through twice and my wife repaired it. I wanted something similar in leather, but the one i selected didn’t have a magnetic closure. My wife moved the closure from the green pouch to the leather one. It’s working well so far.

Because I just can't shut the heck up when it comes to airgun trivia...sorry ...note that the most powerful Marksman models were built around the Weihrauch HW 85 action I think. But the model numbers - 55 and 70 - were tributes to BSF's most famous sporters. The BSF 55 carbine was very popular in the 1960's and 70's, and back in the day that action added a longer barrel to become the BSF 60, and then a fancier stock to become the BSF 70.

If you look at the fine print on the first catalog shot I posted above, there were also .22 and .20 cal versions of the Marksman model 70, called the models 71 and 72 respectively. These must be some of the rarest of all HW factory rifles.

The smaller rifles in the photo were the models 40 (based on the old HW 50 as noted above) and 28 (based on the HW 30).

Hey brother much appreciated I wish it was only that I have a bolt arm screw failure found out its not uncommon so let's see what umarex is gunna do for me .fix it or send me a new 1 after all it's only 2 months old

Maybe their next iteration of the DRS Tactical could have a stock tube that holds air. It would not be compatible with standard AR parts, but it would be a way to add air capacity while maintaining the DRS's goal of feeling like a rifle, without the extra tube or bottle.

I'm sane not nuts like these people.

Yesterday i drove to David Slades to deliver two Diana's to be repaired ( 60 and 75 ) now to wait 4or 5 weeks and drive to pick up and bring back home .
Today , will sight in HW75 pistol and 1930 BSA rifle .

Sometimes in the classifieds you will see modified guns, by known high quality tuners (AZ, DW) and those guns, if just used by the seller are worth more than new most of the time and are resolved and problem free, if the seller is a well known member with a good rep. The point is you have to really follow everything and everyone, and if you do you can find good deals. Yeah, it might not be worth 'your' trouble, but it could certainly be worth someone else's.

Not to toot my own horn but this made selling rifles at the beginning of last year much easier, My paradigm and mini, were basically sold within minutes and I touched base with both owners earlier this year, neither has touched a setting since they purchased them over a year ago. It wasn't just those two either, the MK2 .22 75FPE Impact I built and sold, that one went insanely fast. Members and rifles with a following will sell faster and/or for more.

Daisy/gamo moved the production to spain. they went from 7.9 to 7.6

Mine did the same thing shortly after I bought it. I sent mine to David Slade at Airgun Werks. It shoots like new and I expect it to last the rest of my life. It cost me about 250 with postage and insurance both ways if memory serves but was well worth it to me to have such a magnificent rifle. The postage is what makes it seem so high. David’s work was quite reasonable I thought. The internal buffer is more than likely shot as well. Mine was blowing chunks of it into the chamber. David replaced everything including a new spring.

Nice video! The lack of wind was amazing. Seems like I have wind speeds of 15 to 25 miles per hour whenever I get to shoot

Any information on the .22 model? The rifle looked underpowered in .25 caliber.
