USA made Crosman Destroyers?

Honesty i really don't see much i want anymore . Then factor in the inflated cost just doubles down on the not interested..
'zactly. Walmart is a great place for a Dad to buy his boy his first pellet/bb gun.
Matter of fact, I hadn't had an airgun since I was a kid. Maybe 15 years ago we were walking through a Walmart (Black Friday I think it was) and they had a pallet of plastic fantastic Daisy 880s in the center isle for $24 each. I picked one up and was off to the races. Later I was searching for vinatge wall hanger guns for decor in our 1904 home. That's when I fell upon these forums and the addiction really took off. And when someone mentions that I might need a 12 step program all I can think of is "take 12 steps, turn and FIRE" :ROFLMAO:

New to PCP air guns, wish I came to this site sooner!

This is the one I bought,

This is the one I bought. I think you're right it will only fill my guns.

You need a 5 gallon water bucket, and i have a fan blowing across the motor to keep it cool. Both will work fine the twin cylinder is faster.

Skout  Everything Skout EVO and Epoch

Mine is sub 12 so has given me a lot of problems, I tried two of the Skout barrels but gave up and bought a Lothar Walther blank and machined to fit and this sorted my accuracy problems, but I have since been pursuing single figure FPS with no success, I get close, and then it all goes pear shaped, and I have to start over again, I have done quite a few modifications and although some have helped in the long run it just doesn't seem to stick, I am now thinking of getting some new regs especially since they have been updated as I always get quite a lot of creep that last for 5-10 shot before settling down but leave it for five mins and its creeping again, I am getting near then end with this rifle and thinking of selling as it just doesn't perform as advertised.

If you're shooting at ranges, I strongly recommend a tank, and a good size one at that. Otherwise, you'll either have to figure out how to run the compressor on the firing line or convince the range officers to let you take your rifle out of the case off the line.

What compressor do you have? Budget air cooled compressors at the most are capable of filling a 1-2L tank. If you want to fill 6.8L tanks you need a water cooled compressor.
When i started out, I bought a vevor shoebox, and it was capable of filling guns only (i still have it, it works fine). Once I bought tanks I had to get a water cooled compressor to fill them.

Picked up a Notos few months ago, and just bought a Karma SLS compact. Thinking about picking up an external tank for it, any recommendations?

RAW Rapid  LRT stock or chassis?

Hunter class FT rifle use ... a conventional stock.
WHY ? butt bias weighting, ergonomics of hold techniques much better, just more comfortable overall, Cooler to handle in warm sunny weather.

WFTF or Pistol FT use ... Chassis is pretty slick.
Why ? Adding accessories much easier, taking stuff off to dual purpose AG's use unrivaled to a one piece stock.

Come end of the day ... vastly different feel with each type having advantage & disadvantages.

@Motorhead - whatcha got going on under the butt area (blue)?

Skout  Everything Skout EVO and Epoch

Typical, so why don't they update their website?
Been though my HP reg again, and it's fine cannot find any reason for the slight drop in power, but as per usual as soon as I start working on it, first the bleed valve starts to leak and the bottle valve O ring goes, I then took the spool valve apart and enlarged the closing jet, but once all back together the only difference I can see is now the LP reg pressure has risen from 150psi to 165psi and I detect no change in the firing note that Motorhead described, and no change in constancy these guns just seem very unpredictable it can be good and consistent one minute and jumping about the next O well back to the drawing board, perhaps my quest for single figure FPS is just a dream with this gun.
I hear you, just got back from the range. I had run out of jts and used jsb 25.39 gr deep.200 pellets later i never got any grouping worth while with flyers everywhere, sometimes i could actually see the pellets spiraling in the scope!
I tried all sorts of speeds from as low as 820 to 970 to no avail.
I just can't get this gun to group again and it started leaking again while filling it up the last time.
Now i have to start stripping everything again to see what the problem is, that is just NOT ok for a 1.5 month old rifle!

FX  FX M4 Slug liner?

I recently purchased a new M4 with 600m barrel and had it tuned for heavy pellets from Utah air guns. It arrived yesterday and i am anxious to get going. However I am on a business trip and it will be a few day till i am home. For the time being I am trying to learn all i can that will better my experience. I am starting to think i should have went with the heavy slug tune instead and purchased a liner for the type of shooting i intend on doing. We have a few ranches here in Texas and I love to predator hunt as well as hogs. I also dabble in long range with my powder burners. I have several stands at the 80-200 yard mark with an abundance of hogs coming in daily. Also have a range capable of shooting far past what any pcp will do. With this in mind, do i just buy the barrel kit, or the sleeve itself? Do i need to go with a heavier spring also? Any help or direction is appreciated.

Need a barrel OD ground

Grinding requires doing so on a Live and dead center spinning blank via bore. If bore hole is not exactly center of blank you may have an issue.
Most grinding fixtures I've ever seen dont have a 4 jaw chuck that would allow O.D. run out to be adjusted, tho such chucks and adjustable run-out type fixtures do exist for Lathes.

Being so close to spec size wanted already is going to be tough .... Wish you the best in getting someone to take this on
I forgot to mention that using tubing mics I did confirm the ‘wall’ thickness to be uniform within a few tenths, which is to say it’s well centered at the very breech end.

Also I don’t mind losing a bit of the end. If they want to overbore, machine center, or turn down 1/2” for grinding, that’s a lot better than losing 4-5” of length.

I do wonder if a lathe with grinding attachment will work. I hear they’re a mess to use but for doing barely more than a spark-off it might be ideal.

Say hello. What state or country are you from?

I grew up in Jersey....North Bergen to be exact. Didn't they change the concealed carry law not too long ago? Or is that crap and still make it impossible to even get a gun let alone conceal carry
My Nonna lived on Bergenline in the 60s.
Palisades Park, climbing the Edgewater cliffs, etc.
Is the White Castle still there?
Thanks for the great memories.

FX  Tuning an fx impact mk2 22

That has a hefty power tune on it. Do you not like that much power or is more about just learning tuning and the gun ? Would also need to know if the internals like hammer and spring have been changed? If wanting to go to pellets the 700 will probably lean toward the heavier spectrum of pellets. 21-25 gr. Heck I never get to talk Airguns enough so if you want hit me up in pm and we can discuss some of it over the phone if that would help 👍
Yes they have power kit installed

RTI  Prophet Performance P1 fill port

First card I shot after airing her back up... I'm stoked. This is the 2nd 198 40-Masters I shot with her in the last two weeks.

Who says you need the latest and greatest when the Prophet P1 can be so accurate at 40 yards (and longer).
