Why not replace large gauge (on back of tank in picture) with a small one like on the front? Depending on whether the threads of larger gauge are 1/4" or 1/8" you might need a reducer (1/4 to 1/8). Smaller gauge shouldn't obstruct operating valve knob.

So no coyote last night but I have a failproof plan for tomorrow lol. Had I set up 200yards further east or had my caller it may have turned out different. Shown on the 2nd video below I saw couple coyotes following the treeline and I actually almost set up there but moved down further to a fork in the trail so I would watch 2 directions.

Oh well, I just enjoyed being out there and I did get a rabbit.

These rabbits look like little demons with the redlight, just incase they were possessed I used the dirty 30! Vids a little choppy in slow motion since I have to record at a slower frame rate in low light

For you budget, there are quite a few new guns that would be more than adequate for the task of pest control
I bought an Airforce TalonP for the very same use. .25 caliber single shot. Very accurate and will take out a large raccoon easily. You can get a brand new TalonP for under $500. I have more than that in mine, but I went kind of crazy on mods and such.

Hi Stan,

Mainly Pest Control, We have a dwindling flock of egg laying chickens and i'm tired of feeding vermon and setting traps. I just want to get a quiet set up that is very accurate. As I will be shooting at night, i'd like something with a day/night scope or thermal, but I understand that will be more expensive. I'm flexible on the price with a scope and extras

FYI...
Did y'all know that the plastic caps from the valve stems on your car snaps right onto a foster fill probe?
I hate fill probes. I wish there was some kind of international law that they all have to be the same and fit ALL guns.
I mean, how many different size o-rings does a guy have to keep on hand? They should also come with a built in GPS locator.
I leave them in the gun and snap a valve stem cap on them. They are available free at your local Walmart parking lot.

Good ideas! I was able to take the cap off knob and remove stop nut and then take knob off. Looks like the picture above with square shaft and threaded part. I’ll think on it and see about finding some type of extension or spacer / knob. The large gauge ( not shown) is the issue. Thanks

Buy from someone with excellent feedback. I shoot nothing but Brocock and Airmaks at the moment, but several others come to mind. The two I mentioned are as bulletproof as you’ll find.

I keep my probes in 3 places , but not in the gun,, it is just a matter of personal choice,,, no wrong answers,
1: on the compressor hose
2: on the scba tank hose
3: in the storage box
