Air Venturi Noise During Pump

That would be the one way check valve, that's fairly common. If it's holding air don't worry about.

Tryed to order a talontune spring online but keept saying somthing about my postcode mabe cos I'm from UK. Best I can get is a fx mk2 spring which done the job when I put my agt reg at just over 170 bar. Yes your right I had to turn it back down. It shot well for a few days an then went off the ball not sure y. That y I'm giving the huma reg a go. I got 2 agt regs so might have a play with 1 of the stacks. Any info on a stack. What I did notice with the agt reg in a tester. Anything 150 an under it would stop in the tester where it should. Then anything over 150 it would go past... release a bit of air an then it would go to what the reg was set at. Do that mean it's creeping. Omg av u see them hp regs lol monsters never seen them before until I came across 1 on hereI have shot the 30gr with my vulcan 500 laser accurate 170 bar will get the 30gr going around 930 fps you will need a heavier spring you can use talontune spring
I have done a lot of tests on the Vulcan factory regulator and the Huma The factory regulator is amazing and very consistent build like a tank, but If you go above 170 bar It will become slower you may need to change the washer stacking it will fix this problem and make it recover faster Right now my v500 shooting JSB 18.13gr and the v700 shooting the 33gr precision slug amazing rifles and they will draw a smile on your face whenever you use them
On that amazon page, the 4-16x50 is better for hunting than the 6-24, no? I already have a Athlon 6-24 but the pov is not suitable for hunting. That 4-16 looks good at $374if i had the money i would strongly consider this option, they must be coming out with a new model or line as these are significantly reduced in price. i generally prefer Mil / FFP platforms from my long range rifle days (but they also offer SFP versions) .
it's not a two thousand dollar scope but it's in my opinion a pretty darn good value at $415 dollars. I just can't afford it right now.
the only major negative at least for me would be the parallax value but it sure would work well for me at the distances I tended to shoot at.
My grandpa "pa" used to raise award winning Redbones when I was a kid. He had many dogs featured in coon hunters magazine. Tricycle Annie and a lot of her pups turned out to be amazing hunting dogs. Sus Vide, cock pot, and basting while slow smoking all have turned out great for me. Haven't tried many other ways but they are hard to beat in my opinion.A friend used to hunt coons with dogs and always had a freezer full. He would slow cook them on his grill over the weekend when I wanted one, man I miss them. Slow cooking them like he did helped with the gamey taste. Mark
It’s on the second screen. I placed and order this morning and had to find it. Sneaky sneakyI didn’t know that you could still uncheck the box. I looked for a way to opt out and couldn’t find one on my last order.

A 25lb hanging raccoon is only about 8lb of meat but I'll spend an hour rather than trashing then if they look like a healthy one.
.30Your 700mm BR impact is .22 caliber?
The mrod, at least my gen 1...is a pain to do. Lots of heat for all the loctite and a lathe were involved just to prep the original bolt handle (I turned the original ball down and threaded it 1/4-28)and the stainless monstrosity is bigger than any powder burner one ive seen in 25 years of shooting. I went obnoxious on purpose because I was so pissed at double feeding and blowing up essentially all of the delrin components after the muzzle. There are similar aftermarket "big" bolt handles for PB rifles like my Ruger Precision Rifle. This one is called the "Hammerhead."

I'm surprised someone isn't making them for the Marauder.
I always set up my guns more along the line of #2. Just like the second post in this thread states. Set just a tad below the max velocity the gun will produce with a given reg pressure.Apologies for bringing up an oldie, but a great ttuning thread imo.
I have a thought for conversation...,My .22 zelos likes 870 fps for the 18.13 pellets. I have gotten there bumping up the reg, and backing off he h.s., and vice versa with the same group sizes. What are your thoughts.
My set up with...
1. Higher reg psi, and less hammer spring feels ,and sounds sluggish compared to...
2. Lower reg. and up the hammer spring? Seems snappiier, and quiet.
let's leave shot count, sd and es at the proverbial door for now. I am more interested in finding if your rig groups better with a higher reg.?, or more H.S. Tension to get to the same fps?
Thanks for your ideas....
Gerry
I think already mentioned but a 580cc bottle on a 600 mm impact does not stick out longer than the threaded end of the shroud. You can use any moderator you want.I was wondering what this means about moderator? What special mod you need with 580cc and 600mm barrel??
That's a good kid! That's cool, Ron. You know I would have had to make my own, right?
Should be a Weihrauch recall bulletin?
Thought about you lately, waiting to hear how you made out.
