I use a comparable powered 177 Hw50 for an offhand walking air rifle. I use a fixed 4X, non AO, mildot scope with a 25 zero. Most of my targets will be close enough to that 25 yards there's not much hold over or under to consider. It's point and shoot. If I stretch it out to 50 yards I'm at 3/4 mil and at 93 yards IIRC I'm at 3 mils. Its easier to remember no hold over for most practical shots and use the reticle for the longer stuff. I almost never shoot past 50 yards offhand with air rifles any way.I pulled out the HW35E since I had a new sling on it and did some walking and off hand shooting with it. It being zeroed at 75-yards I didn't hit one can. I'm guessing I was at about 30-40 yards. I put a full revolution of down in it but that didn't help. I only made about ten shots and quit. I didn't get a picture.
I get my heavy hades like this, my mrds and any smaller tins like polymags. You should see how bad it is to get a log of tiny slip top 177 polymags out of 273 layers of packing tape.6gun....Thanx...as long as someone else had seen this...Its crazy...instead of using one long piece of tape....its 4 small ones...is it unique to this weight....
I don't find it any heavier than your average wood and metal gun but like I said, I only bench shoot so weight is not an issue for me. I've had total reverse shoulder replacement on my left side and I don't have a rotator cuff so that pretty much takes off hand shooting off the table for me.Arent they heavy seen where they are like 10.3# or something cant remember now, started to buy one once but that kept me from it? I dont think they are ugly compared to the all metal guns.
I've gotten screw top tins like that a few times.Just received my .22 ...jsb 33.9gr.....was wondering if ANYONE else has ever seen this kind of tape..(scotch tape...opaque..lol)...come on this brand & weight....I've only been in this a couple years ..soooo....im learning everyday....pellets look ok..only see 5/6 bent skirts...not alota trash in the tin..from what I untaped & checked....is there a ribbon tape shortage over in their neck of the world??...lmao...of course you know the first thing I thought.....THEY SENT ME SORTED REJECTS ????....View attachment 586332View attachment 586330View attachment 586333
Power can be adjusted on the hammer. You have to take bonnet off regulator and add or subtract shims. No shims, it shoots with less power and you get 4 shots. If you get a shim like the ones in regulator and add a thin shim, it will increase about 100 FPS using a 350gr. My stock hammer shot 350 gr, at 840-850. With the added shim 350gr goes 935-950 FPS.
Definitely like a cam lobe. Like a roller cam with steps on the lobe. You certainly helped me and accomplished your goal. Haha. When you said spiral, I thought of some spiral stairs. Then when I disassembled it , made perfect sense. More like a “cam” with my SC public education.I was in full panic mode because Talon and done the tune and it shoots very, very, well. Thanks again sir.
Noe is retiring and molds are 30% until gone.check NOE moulds...There .513 diameter molds shoot real good in my .510 Texan..They have a nice .513 350 grain mould...Around $100.00..
That there is a deadly combo. Once I stumbled on those RWS slugs and a rifle they worked in ( Evanix K550) I bought a few thousand of them. Krale hasn’t had them in stock for over a year now. Not that I need anymore of them. They also shoot very well from. Redmans .22lr barrel liner. Which is an extremely easy fit in any FX impact .
Its not, that figure is the bottle + the tube (barrel) together. I know it is easy to mess the specs up, expecially for people that dont know the FX well.Is the sniper standard bottle not 890 cc .![]()
Haha I know right?…. But im not gonna argue that one way is better over the other either. I just wanna minimize the time of flight/drop… plus I love the sound the slugs make when they come in hotHahaha. Speed demon
