Definitely.. I've been shooting 185gr slugs out of my .51 megalodon. They are moving over 1000 fps and you should hear how they sound coming in.

Yeah im getting the rattler 357 ready, and soon I will see what this bintac mcar can do.

I worked on my Notos today. It has a 500mm FX barrel, 500mm FX barrel kit, new valve, and hammer spacer from C88-Air. Also has the AR adapter kit, and Handguard from Buck-Rail.

Then I added my own little twist with a re-designed upper picatinny rail that slides over the carbon fiber shroud, and clamps the barrel shroud and bottle together. I added a lower picatinny rail so I could mount a bi-pod on the front. I also incorporated two Mlok slots for accessories. I put a Sling mount on one side, but im not sure what I will put on the otherside. Still light as a feather, but with a pi-bod now.

Still working on odds and ends with my Zelos. Started a few new designs for my Karma, and planning a few parts for the Barra 250z stock that will hopefully show up next week.

I had my levels checked just to be sure. My primary didn’t want to do the test but I insisted. After 2 years of heavy indoor shooting … nominal levels. No heavy metal contamination

I dropped the reg down to 140 bar. Its an aea external reg. The factory huma isnt being used. The power is coming from the new plenum and 27.5” barrel. Its certainly heavier! But it does balance well. Im 6’5” 245lbs I better be able to handle it lol. Its easily capable of 100ftlbs but I really wanted a pellet shooter Ive got enough slug guns.

I was somehow able to initially contact him through email from an old post on the forums. It took a few days for him to respond and initially, my email bounced back saying his inbox was full, but it automatically resent it twice before he responded. When he did, he gave me the number I listed and after we talked, he said he prefers texting and gave the address I listed so I could ship my rifle to him.

My go to squirrel rifle is my Avenge-X in .22, as for optics I went with a Discovery Opt 2-12x, Look up a review on it on YT, and there should be a 10% discount code in the description. As for extra magazines, they use the same mags as a Benjamin Marauder and Umarex Gauntlet 1/2, But I'd also check out qd_fox, His after market mags are better and tougher than OEM.

It's also a bit strange how few videos of it exist on Youtube. Usually these airgun channels are jumping at the opportunity to be the first to review a new high-end rifle. I’m not sure and haven’t heard or seen any discussion on issues besides the cycling, when using different weight slugs/pellets. I do like how the video shows how simplistic it is to adjust the index as well as to adjusting the regulator for more or less power.
So is it, as you seem to know, an issue? Can you point me in the right direction so I can see the problems you mentioned?
And as far as pushing a specific caliber back is not concerning to me as we have seen more than one manufacturer state a release date to have the rifle released a year later. Time will tell if there are more problems but the quick release of videos from Taipan giving direction shows concern and not trying to hide that different weights can cause indexing issues.
I also don’t put any weight on reviews because they are done by individuals who have different wants, needs and expectations. Yes, I may watch some of the videos but it is more to see how the rifle functions. Example being, I heard the rifle was quiet and extremely backyard friendly; whose backyard and quiet is subjective.
Once I setup the rifle and started to shoot is when I knew it was extremely quiet and also accurate to my standard.
I definitely appreciate the additional information and would love to see your sources for the issues you stated.

The thing I worry about is what tariffs will do to the prices of even non-Chinese rifles, the materials they use also comes from countries subject to tariffs. The hobby is expensive enough already.

I think the rules are fine. I am in the same position, but I'd say just join in a discussion or two. There are plenty of topics, and 10 days will pass faster than you think. From what I can see, there are very few classified that require you to jump on it instantly or it'll get away.

Hard to believe that you’re having so much trouble with your GK1s.
I’ve had my 25 a couple of years and shoot almost daily.
Absolutely zero problems shooting 24 grain JTSs at 880fps and extremely accurate if I might add.
No jams ever!
As I mentioned in a post early on in this thread, “some people shouldn’t own a GK1”

Yes this is a good video that shows the way it works. The parts diagram om hatsanUSA says its for the 777 but its the 2th gen. There are also parts missing on the exploded view. And to make matters worse. It looks like its not even the .30 but the .22 or .25 version.

Those critters make a lot of holes and can ruin a yard quickly! Nice catch and kill!
