Yeah, I can't imagine using a foster w one hand since often it's a struggle w two. It's the little details that can make something that should seem to be super easy really be not so much.Good point on the fill probe being easier to use than a foster fitting. I have both and a bum right thumb. The fill probe is much easier to use.
Shot 1 takes my tank from 4500 to 3500. Shot 2 drops it another 1000psi. The real problem with this is placement of shot two has dropped 4-6 inches. It only gets worse with every shotthe more u shoot the more it kicks.. if u shoot past 2000psi u risk dumping the tank.. if your shooting with the .069 or no screw you can get 3 shots the 3rd shot will kick more as you get closer to 2000psi.
Yeah i been at it for a minute. Got the 140-150-167 shooting good, around 35 to 40 clickI tried the 125gr and 142gr nsa slugs this past week but there must be something up with my rattler. It was only sending the 125gr slugs downrange at around 700-710fps. When I tried to increase the regulator pressure I was met with a bunch of air dumping after each shot. Thinking I brought it up too far I turned it down 10ish clicks but the same extremely low shot count and poor performance beyond 50y. I ran out of time but I'm going to have to do some digging next time I can take it out.
1. You only can use one arm/hand to load, add air, and shoot at squirrels at a distance of 25-35 yards while standing at back door. Accurate and ease of use is priority (right arm not working yet)
2. The guns must be stock a PCP Pistol ( favorite/necessary grips are ok along with scope/red dot)
3. If you have another pcp pistol preference please advise which one and where to get in USA and why you believe it is better. Must not be over$499. Is it really 200-300 $ better?
Candy store…McMaster Carr is my go to for orings. A few bucks gets you 25-50-100pcs depending on size. I generally buy both 70 and 90 durometer of any size I buy. I keep them in separate divided containers.
