Welcome brother, not sure of budget, consider a taipan vet 2 without the anti double load going new for 13-1400. If the anti double loads are not an issue for you, this is a steal. If this is too rich for your tastes, there are some other options.
Yeah, welcome.
One thing...be careful, this hobby can be...addictive and expensive !
Mike
Very subtle job . Like this a lot. That 250Z looks great.
I want one.We have the GK1 Aluminum Chassis now available on the site and in store. You can get just the chassis or you can pair it with an AR style but stock as well as a 1913 Picatinny Rear Stock

Yes, full body weight (170 ish lbs). Im guessing the pump is the issue also. Will likely look into it tomorrow. Thanks!@M777, when you say impossible, what does that mean? Full body weight on the pump won’t crack the valve in the Atomic? When I ran into a similar issue the problem was with the pump. I own a HPA compressor and still handpump both my Atomics. I suspect the pump…
I will try that, thanks! If pump is acting up, clean check valve. Coby, of Topa Manufacturing Company, has Chinese handpump tear-down videos on YouTube that helped me. Might be one-way valve in Atomic is stuck, few drops silicone oil in male foster fitting, or inserted fill probe end, allowed to soak overnight, might help loosen. WM
For a "regular guy", the groups I have seen you post are well above regular!![]()
Yeah, welcome. My name is Brandon, and I am a retired sheriff's detective living in Riverside County, Southern California.
I have been shooting air rifles and firearms since I was 10 years old. Recently, I gave my Gamo .22 caliber springer rifle to my brother, as he was dealing with an invasion of tree squirrels on his property.
I am looking to buy my first PCP rifle as soon as possible. I recently moved to a new house with an acre lot that is plagued by gophers and a few rats behind my barn.
Additionally, I will assist my friends with their dairy farms in managing their vermin and pigeon pest problems so I believe a PCP rifle would be the best effective tool to use.
Mmm, not so much, the ONLY 1911 copy (in red above)...This, and some good oil on the lever’s action.
Fantastic one-off pistol that is second to none in quality. Very happy with mine, and is the only 45ACP-pattern PCP pistol out there to my knowledge.

I would really like some info from you on the Blitz. I went to take it apart because of the intermittent jams and I took all of the screws off of the faceplate except for the one I stripped. Would you happen to know what size screw that is? Any help is appreciated.I have seen so many videos and comments on Hatsan Blitz about air leaking, jamming etc...
My question is if the Hatsan can be fixed most of the times without needed to be turned back.
I mean lets say it leaks or it doesnt fill up... You check the release screw, you dry fire it you change the o-rings if needed and the leaking should be fixed right?
Or for example it jams or the full auto doesnt work... You do the mods for the mags (I have seen 2 different mods) you clean and relube the cocking system you clean the barrel from the lead dust you check the spring inside the barrel you lube it if needed you make sure that the full auto switch is alright and the problems should be solved or what? What else could be the problem that is unfixable?
There are so many reviews of Blitz owners that returned the Blitz because it was "broken" the thing is was it actually broken - unfixable or they just didnt know how to fix it? I mean how many of those "broken" blitzs would be fixed just by cleaning the barrel from the dust or just changing some o-rings?
yes, should be good for 30 years if taking care of.Surprised that you were able to get an eighteen year old tank hydro tested, was there a special circumstance about this particular tank such as having a 30 year rating? Hydro testers here won’t touch a tank once they hit the 15 year mark.
These are admittedly big factors. I have 2 shops in the area, but the one that can fill to 4500psi is 30+ minutes each way, plus leaving it overnight to cool & top off. The $12 fill wasn't terrible, but combined with +/- 2 hours of driving, it wasn't worth it. I don't get the opportunity to shoot much, so a compressor still may not have been the best use of my dollars, but it was best use of my time.
The Gx cs4 is expensive for what you get and even on Aliexpress shipping will kill ya.Why do you want a tank? I have an expired Scott I fill myself with my Yong Heng and I like the speed and lack of noise for a fill. But I recently got a GX CS2 and a typical gun fill takes 3 minutes and is quiet enough you could stand next to it and have a conversation. I think it is a totally viable option. I also think the "extra" air filter it comes with is OK for gun filling. So you get everything you need for under $300. I paid $250 delivered to my house from the GX website. The compressor takes up less space than my 45 minute, 6.8 liter, bottle and weighs less too.
If you want to do things the most expensive way possible then get a DOE stamped bottle for about twice the price of a CE bottle and waste time and money driving to a dive shop to get it filled. It is simple and it will work, it is just expensive. A cheaper way to have a bottle would be to get a bottle with the fill set from Aliexpress and a GX CS4 to fill it. The CS4 is self contained so you don't have to mess around with a large bucket of cooling water. Up front the bottle plus compressor will be more but it will be quickly paid back through no cost refills. Or you could get an expired firemans tank and a fill set like I have.
The question is who's going to test them? lol Whoever does, please report back.Thank you for an emperical glimmer of hope for the quality of the now “imported” CPHPs…
