Custom Painting your beloved Airgun

I’ve used it quite a bit on my race bikes and a couple of street bikes. Excellent stuff. I was clearcoating with a gun.
Started learning painting after crashing and not liking my fellow racers rattle can or just primer grey bikes. Crashing and breaking bones and fixing bikes is time consuming. When I learned of the spray max I went right to.
I just bought a can for a couple gun projects I have in mind .View attachment 553206
Excellent man I'm going to use that exact one my Zelos.

FX Royale 400 - AoA

I have gotten some killer deals on older models/used guns through AoA. I’ve got some older Brococks (pre Daystate) , an HW100FSB, and Walthers for gonga prices! It’s always worth it to peruse their used section. Many times those “used” guns are actually new
Never seen a non ambidextrous stock before on one of these either (no cheek weld on left side)! Custom job originally?
Here's mine I got from AOA in 2022. The last wood stocked one they had.

Artemis P15 Owners?

Will74 , If , when you said valve specific, you ment the regulator, I just researched buying a regulator for the .177, .22,.25 and they're the same.. Even the pellet probe block is the same. The only part that had a different part was the pellet probe. Are you talking about the hammer and spring? When I was checking the parts , there were different hammer and spring kits for low and high power... So, I figure, there will definitely be a tuning curve... Thx everyone..

They list some parts for the valve in both .22 and .25. The valve body seems to be the same though.

I wouldn't worry about the reg or any other stuff when going smaller caliber. I actually believe it will increase efficiency. It's not going to waste air if you at least have your left eye on the game. I strongly suggest setting the reg to around 60 to 80 bar and start from there, hammer spring at minimum. No one has reg testers so it's going to take some trial and error but you will get there. Make sure to have enough air to fool around and take your time making SMALL ADJUSTMENTS. It will involve a lot of dismantling so make sure not to destroy them threads. They are very, very fragile.
Also something to point out, tuning like that will most inevitably lead to a double load. Most of the times they will shoot through no problem, but it would be good to have an appropriate rod to have them out in those unfortunate cases. It will be the easiest way to just remove the barrel, because the magazine won't always come off.

You might want to start by tuning it down in the original configuration. See how lumpy you can make the trajectory in light .25 and try to get some accuracy at the same time.
I don't think the gun knows what size projectiles it's slinging.

There's tuning potential up to 80J and probably more but it's going to take some effort. Even at that power level it shoots 2 to 3 magazines before falling off the reg.

Have fun

N/A  1k budget. First PCP

Just research the gun that you WANT, then save up for it. Nothing worse then compromising or getting a lesser gun that you force yourself to like. I'm speaking from playing with airguns from a pleasure standpoint. If you are getting an airgun to use as a tool, such as shooting pests then any $250-$500 gun will do the job.

Resources  N50 Rules Updated, again

The LW barrel Tim is describing in that post is indeed a Factory barrel. It is a LW barrel, made specifically for Skout, and offered from the factory on our rifles. Your drop down screenshot describes this specifically, as it shows you can buy this exact barrel from the factory.
Luke, with all due respect, I don’t know what barrel Tim bought his rifle with, only he or possible you know that information? Even though the LW barrel is offered as an option from Skout, it is my interpretation of the N50 rules if the OEM barrel that the rifle originally came with was swapped for any other optional barrel, then that barrel swap would put that rifle into the pro class.

Knowing Tim, I assume that he knows and understands that rule.

Airforce  Air Force Airguns the best for me

Thanks for that. I always wondered what the Difference would Be. If you had to do it again, do you think that it was worth it?
Kept in my that my wants could be way different of many here in AGN. So for me having paid not only for the 2 CZ .. I paid for 6 tooling for 6 new barrels 3 in .224 3 in .257 that is $1,700 in tooling $1200 fir the actual barrels at - TJ + another $1400 in machining by the time they will get all done .. sold my 30 uragan, so my Corbin press will be here soon.. yes for me it worth it .. I could no have it any other way.. Airforce are easy to tune , easy to work with , orings easy to change, they could be unused for a long time n you just need to lube the orings.. I have sold almost all my PCPs. Only will keep the 2 taipan standard.22 n .25 n the 2 uragans 1 .. 177 n 22.. but Airforce. I have 8 . 🙃 .. 2 in 224 - 2 in 257 .. 1 in .30 -- 1 in 22 one 25 .. 2 extra frame.. for 177 .. the last one hope to make a .300 135gr shooter.

Zelle is no more as a payment method....

If your bank is enrolled in FedNow instant payment and so is the seller or buyer, you can get your funds instantly. FedNow is like Zelle but you don't have to use an app for the instant payment. The funds will be transferred from account to account instantly. No more middle man. I think this is the reason why Zelle is going away. Larger financial institution is going away from Zelle and going to FedNow for more control on their end. Zelle is a private 3rd party while FedNow is public. Any financial institution can sign up for FedNow.
