GAMO Big Cat Maxxim .177, optimal accuracy tends to occur at velocities between 800–950 fps, 1:16 twistI just purchased a GAMO Big Cat Maxxim, .177, 1400 fps. I took it out in the back yard to adjust my scope. I found that I can hit the target all over the place except dead-center. My background: this is my first pellet gun, I am retired SWAT (20 years ago), I still qualify yearly for my L.E.O.S.A. license, I can shoot a fairly good group, I still have good eyesight, but I CAN'T SHOOT A PELLET GUN! Is there a possibility that the scope is at fault, the rifle is out-of-wack or both?
I see this from time to time. An item the sells way above its retail value. Normally I see it relisted a week later and the tactic starts again. Some folks put a higher value on things than others.
And there are also those guys that have their buddies bid stuff up.
I set my top price I'm willing to spend and walk away. But it's been a minute since I even did the auction thing.
Yes, that makes sense, the RW and now the BW both look nice! I am having a hard time thinking I want to go to electronic guns. One thing about bullpups - you will hear more (action) at the ear compared to a traditional long stock which takes the action forward of your ears a bit.
Well, that goes to show you just how bad they lied.Graphite in Pencils, not lead
Good idea, I support the tariffs 110%. Will do.Get off your duff and call or write your congressman. He probably doesn't read airgun forums.
Thank you, to anyone else that does.
Thank you for the reply gents. Gauges swapped out- I used them on my compressor to check that they are functioning normally, and both are fine. There must be an internal blockage able to hold back all that pressure from even reaching as far as the gauges/reg/valve assembly
