I won't discourage op from trying this, but grade 5 washers don't hold edges as a scraper for too long in poplar or basswood (experience). The phrasing you used for a burr will probably be the most productive cutting method over a beveled edge. Hammering a burr to fold over the corner of a washer would make a relatively effective scraper.Stick with the washer and use a file to create a burr, sharpen it like you would a card scraper. You may need to play with the angle a little, I’d start at 85* or so. A section of dowel with sand paper glued to it could work too.
Come on down, AZ State match is in a couple weekends.Id like to see you shoot the 10.3 against the 13.4 as i know my ghost hp barrel does very well in the wind with 13’s
I've done the router (not an option)OK could,nt take a round washer that just goes into the stock that you took the barrel out of.Sarpen the washer all the way around and put a shaft and a handle on it and start drawing down the new wood stock until it fits?were talking about 30 to 40th.s NO i don't have a router table with a fence.
looks comfortableTook my brother ground squirrel hunting a couple of weeks ago. His first time. Used may Airmaks Kraite Light .22.

I hope you remembered to count all your shots...Today was a fun day…nor including work that skunked…took out the least expensive pistol in my arsenal but it is one of my most enjoyable to shoot..it gets almost 80 shots per cartridge…My Crosman 357 Magnum in .177…played some Dirty Harry Today….Are you feeling lucky….”Make My Day”.…lol…the ones that missed were actually pimples for the real effect…lol

Then obviously, my friend, you have the wrong gun.I have always seen that hammer spring and regulator setting have to be balanced, but what if your gun doesn't have an adjustable hammer spring but has an adjustable hammer throw like my Daystate Revere?
