This post sheds a light on just how important it is to hold the latch back upon closing the barrel on the HW35.

Please explain how you dial in the barrel. You may note that the barrel is indexed by a key, which is necessary to assure port alignment with the receiver.Actually if you take the time and dial in your barrel, after cleaning, you don’t have to worry bout that. I have taken my liner out plenty of times but I marked it the barrel and took the time to find the right spot to put the barrel every time. The only time I have poi issues is when I had a bad regulator. Other than that when my scope is set to is where it’s set to. Byt yes i get people’s concern about that and would be nice to see them make a way to look the liner down somehow.
hmm.. what type of jam? pellet in barrel or magazine cycling? i’m currently shooting jsb 33gr .25 between 910-920 at this setting and i’ve had zero issues so far.. i’ve put fps consistency as priority over faster recharge rate.Ur rifle will likely jam running that low of setting. I would set it at 150-165 and shoot it for awhile to settle in.
They are okay, i tried one tin first a few weeks ago, then ordered more. I had the 49.2 gr shooting @ 940-960fps yesterday in my rti mora .25 cal. I also shoot the 52 gr in my karma eq 30 cal @ 920fps. They are affordable and shoot decent would be my opinion. I do better with altoros, but they are double the cost. AEA are worth a try.Have any of you tried the AEA Slugs? I am most interested in the .25 cal 30.2gr for my Wildcat MK2. The design, if the label is indicative of the actual slug, has me really intirgued with the driving bands that may actually reduce friction in the bore.
I want to shoot more offhand. How often are you shooting off hand, and more importantly how often do you practice?
Weight helps with steady.

It really does not matter how the gun is made or how thick the barrel is or the material of the construction. The only thing that ultimately matters is its consistent accuracy. That is the issue. The FX rifles are very accurate on the day, but put the gun back in the carrying case, or remove the barrel for maintenance and then reinstall it and the gun has a different POI Sorry, for a gun as expensive as these are, that is unacceptable. There are many threads in the archive related to this issue as well as many Band-Aids that attempt to remedy the problem. Yet the factory has consistently refused to acknowledge the problem nor made any attempt to correct it.
Ur rifle will likely jam running that low of setting. I would set it at 150-165 and shoot it for awhile to settle in.i’ve tried 170bar down to 150bar. faster refresh rate but lower standard deviation out the window. i’ve since brought the reg down to 120 and am able to achieve single digit SD.
That all depends what compressor you are using -filling tanks- filling air guns only-what pressure - many variables. You can do a search on here or ask the question on a new post. BTW I changed the beads to something different then what they had in them. Time will tell as I have always used dive shop air and don't want to give you wrong info.
Lead oxide (corrosion). Cause? Neglect, laziness and perhaps ***disparaging remark removed***.177 webley tempest. The mushroom pellets I’m retreaving have white powder between the head and the skirt. What is this.
