Tequila Gun PCP

You could sleeve it with a pre-cut foam.

What’s the length of pull? 14 inches

Is it a Picatinny/1913 mounting? There are to types one picatinny and other for the TequilaGUN it is mounting removing the beaver tail.

Moreover, what’s the tube size and does it have the same outside diameter as the honeycomb section’s? The diameter of the carbon fiber tube and honeycomb 3D printer part is 3/4”.

Thanks 👍

RTI  Rti Prophet

Hi everyone,

I'm planning on buying a .22 air rifle.

I prefer compact models and came across the RTI Prophet series.

Now I have the option of purchasing either the Prophet1 Compact Performance or the newer P3 Compact.

Which do you think would be the better choice?

Also, does anyone know if you can mount a larger bottle (for example a Leishy 350cc) on the Prophet Compact models?

Best regards,

Max
The P1 Performance Compact can use either 400mm(16") or 500mm(20") barrels. I have a .22 500mm CZ barrel that can easily push 22gr pellets to 890fps when the regulator is set to 125bar. I have a .22 400mm CZ barrel that pushes 16gr pellets at 950fps at 125bar. I have not tried the RPB barrels in my P1s...yet.

The OD of your Leishy 350cc bottle will be the determining factor as to whether you can use it. That and the thread size of the bottle. With the standard 25mm shroud, the max OD you can use is around 61-62mm. You can see the clearance from shroud to bottle in the above pics. The Performance Standard comes with a 500cc bottle that it ~60mm. The 220cc Compact bottle is ~54mm.

You mentioned a different charging handle. I think you're referring to the "push-pull" handle found on the Priest and Priest2? All my P1s have an articulating charging handle.

I haven't needed parts for my P1s (owned since 2022), except for a regulator rebuild kit to cure a "creep" problem. If you do need parts there are multiple stores that sell them..RTI Arms Spain, AirgunHeaven in the Netherlands, and direct from RTI.

FX  How to get to 850 fps on FX Dreamline and 0.25 / 25.39gr

The hammer pre load is either quite low or there is blockage in the airway
He was over plateau. I ironed it out with him. I showed him Maxed at max at 150 means nothing.

Dropped to 105 gains 100fps after backing preload to appropriate levels

SC Johnson Paste Wax Discontinued!

That is disappointing I have been using that for years as a release agent when bedding rifles guess I will have to be careful using what remains in the can. I wish they would leave well enough alone.
Do not know for sure the reason but on the woodworking forums it was said the chemicals used were not compliant with current EPA requirements and the formula could not be remade using alternatives. Another possibility is as jps2486 said not many wood floors needing waxed these days.

In addition to the Renaissance Wax mentioned above woodworkers have found the two pictured to be good alternatives.

Other  Walther 210

You do not see very many of the LG 210s come on the market over here. You will see them infrequently on Egun even, if that tells you anything about scarcity.

It is the last SSP 10 meter rifle that Walther manufactured, and was Walthers answer to the FWB 603, Anschutz 2002 Superair, and Steyr LG 10.

Quietest, and most accurate

My Marauder field target is accurate and quiet, you can get it ,a good scope and a compressor for about $1000 .I shot springers for decades before getting a PCP,since you have experience in shooting, there is nothing wrong going that route, an HW30 or R-7 are the way to go .Check them out
I do not think it is a good idea to spent too much money when starting out unless you have the money to do so,I say this because you may be just as happy spending less $$$$

Flies for targets

Flies are one of my favorite targets…..many on here share our sentiments. The supply never seems to diminish! Thanks for reminding me to do my part to keep them in check. John
PS I see you are in the Tampa area….if you have any interest in Fieldtarget…we have a club in Arcadia, and one in Nokomis. Let me know if you’re interested and I’ll get you any info you need. John
I have been to the Arcadia range. That is if it is still on I think it was 70 near the Peace River Campground.

While I thank you for the offer both places are a little too far for me. I say Tampa Bay area but really I am in Tarpon Springs. Maybe 120 miles from the Arcadia range.

night pesting - best budget thermal, as of july'25

AGM Rattler V2 in 19-256 can be had for less than $700 new. AGM app uses a hotspot WiFi on the scope to connect your phone and not need to be behind the scope. Different settings for brightness, contrast, palette etc. Go up if you need more resolution at zoom, but at 2.5x and at the price point, I am more than happy with the features. 12 ųm thermal sensor.
