I like the bottom rail however for that price I’d think it be offered anodized.
Not a fan of the double magazines asthetically

Yes there is, ones with a baffeled shroud combined with a moderator that has baffels are going to be really silent. Not all PCP's come that way. I have a Taiapn Veteran 2 that has a baffeled shroud with an add on moderator that makes it very quiet. AGT, Taipan, FX and some others come with shrouds and or moderators that make their report on the quiet side. Smaller calibers will be more quiet than larger calibers.

Yes you have to be carful or it will update when connected to your phone. I made effort to not have it do so prior to today.
Updated mine today as it seems from what a few of you say anyway, it's a good update.

I purchased mine solely because of the Chassis that can be adjusted for my weird body dimensions and ergonomics........RAW's wood stocks are gorgeous!

If you a search on that, you'll find a ton of info on that gun. It's an inexpensive chinese airgun. There are lots and lots of them around.

Shot three different pellets through the Zelos today. The top row is FX 25.39, followed by JTS Dead Center 25.39. The third tachycardic row is Olympia Domes XL Middle 25gr, the worst tin of pellets I’ve ever used. Full of lead shavings in the tin. The yellow highlighted row was where I was aiming.
I shot the Wildcat and the Crown in the following rows, hitting the reg on both guns. Both shot the FX 25.39. (.25 cals at 20 yards.)

Accuracy with a springer takes a lot of practice, especially with hold. With PCP's it's usually on the shooter for pin point accuracy. If your budget allows, I would go the PCP route, much more enjoyable shooting and accuracy wise as well as a more quiet report with a moderator.

You are just being silly . Every hunter decides for themselves what is sporting and what is not and what is ethical and what is not. Your springs guns, none of them, meet my criteria no matter how much you whine about my choices. They are my choices. You do you. I will do me. Springer vs PCP, no contest. Make mine PCP, I have no use for springer guns.

Scope: Athlon Midas Tac FFP 6x24 @ 24X

I did some pellet testing with the Regal this morning: JSB 13.43g, JSB 14.35g, FX 15.9g and AEA 15.9g.

The Regal always does great with JSB/FX 15.89 and 18.13. During the testing I noted that the AEA was slightly better - especially less vertical dispersion.

I chronoed 40 shots with the AEA 15.9. All shots were between 810 and 814 fps - a 4 fps extreme spread. That's likely the reason for the very tight vertical.

So far the only AEA pellet that I haven't found to perform as well as JSB/FX or better is the .22 caliber 21.9g. Perhaps I'll try it at a few different velocities - mostly been at 900fps with various barrels with the 21.9s.

This 197 slightly betters my previous 196 15X with this rifle.

Guarding my old can of Johnsons. Will also brighten our son's yellowed headlight lenses but you have to reapply periodically.
I remember Mom waxing our hardwood floors in the 60's. I was just a little guy then. We moved from that house in 1965

Laminate is my choice.

Front sling attachment is often questionable on bottle guns due to the thinness of the fore end. The stock pictured looks thicker and longer than my Boss for example. That along with the laminations should make stronger in the face of the stresses of a sling or a bipod. I always shoot with a sling when possible. Note the placement of the bipod on the other rifle suggesting that it is too flexible for a bipod or a sling further out.

Besides it looks better.
