My wife just lost a big package she really needs. She called the company and they are overnight shipping a replacement at no charge. I think companies are adapting to the new way of shopping. Theses mail and package carriers are doing their best to accommodate a polar shift in shopping after Covid. The people are all great. It is just a big monstrous system

10 days and 10 "meaningful posts " to go on the classifieds i think Conversational posts is a better description . All you need is a few more talkative posts . Do you have a PCP gun now or are you thinking about buying one ?

FedEx is great as far I'm concerned. Every lost package was paid for and they caught a fraudulent airgun payment to me, without my knowledge and returned the gun to me.

UPS is good but getting a claim paid is not a process you will ever want to go thru. Many people have told me I'm the only person they've ever heard of who accomplished a paid claim on any kind og gun. Thankfully it doest happen often.

USPS is decent if people would stop using Ground Advantage. I've lost more using USPS than the others combined. I had a rifle broken once and that was the most intense confrontational conversation I've ever had. They never coughed up one red cent, and it was fully insured. I had pictures of me opening the package in front of the mailman who delivered it and the package was trashed, so he wanted me to inspect before he left, for all the good it did me.

Looks like different experiences from all over the country.

those of us offering advice are usually biased towards the guns that we already own. Unless something is special enough to collectively suck to the point that we hear about it on this forum, it's usually all about positive, auto-confirmation regarding our purchases

And they are located in Oregon, my neck of the woods. I see (or am hopeful of) a factory tour one of these days. Maybe when I pick up a rig after I have found what shoots best out of the setups...that I still need to learn and develop so it may be a bit. You have more than enough time to clean up the place. lol I keed.

I gifted my bobber to my nephew and sold my RoadKing.....I wore out a few bikes as well and have never dropped a bike off to any dealers thanks to Forums such as this with all the mechanical knowledge.

I quit too. Dual sport, woods, Mojave desert racing. I still have the bike on its second engine but don't ride at all anymore since a little accident. I'm one of the drz spergs. I've just displaced that tism into air guns.

A few minutes with a utility knife. Junk into a target stand. Leave out in the weather no problem. Shot it and break it, easily replaced with another piece of junk.

Adventure Rider is a very cool place to watch blogs of those that toured all over in other Countries.

I started out with the old Shovel Heads then went to metrics then back to Harleys......Sadly, my long time riding buddy's are getting older and experiencing health issues.

I looked around the interweb and it sure looks like they're in short supply. The question remains...what is the cause?

I had a Katran L in 177 and it was a fantastic rifle, so I sure hope it's just a slow supply, or possibly a gap in production to introduce new models.

I plan to shoot this all winter from 15 feet. I just rapid fired six rounds through it. It is much harder to cock than a regular Red Ryder. And with the model 25 shot tube you don’t have to hold the muzzle up and shake the next round in. Just cock and shoot 25 spring loaded rounds . It is fun to chase a can around the yard.

JK, although that is how I would have answered a few weeks ago before I ran into the term DOPE. That said I think the data I will be collecting and the information I will be producing from it will eventually significantly exceed dope. I plan on having a system that calculates BC and can produce a predictive trajectory graphed out for every shot I take with every kind of pellet or slug and for all tunes I create for them.

Or I could just spend the $600 and buy the FX ballistic chrono and then find a path to dump them into a spreadsheet that I can then analyze graphically.

BTW I am envious of the data you are collecting with the panda and all those slugs
