This was new and only used at Shot Show and for a review video but it got a slow leak while sitting in the box. I sent it to New England for repair and they kept if for 8 months then sent is back with no magazine or box, and still leaking. They also put the guage on the front for some reason. Patriots Airguns and Airgun Pro Shop both ignore me when I inquire about Evanix repair. Other than the slow leak it works great. This is a great opportunity to get a Viper X for an affordable price. I went ahead and dropped the dime on the USA dealers to the owner of Evanix...so he sent me a video on how to repair this gun. You have to do it yourself I guess. It's most likely leaking at the guage, which was loose when I revieved it back from New England (???), I tightened it but it still leaks over a few days. When I get a minute I will try to fix it. (I charge $100 per hour).

My barrel is currently getting worked on as it has damaged rifling inside the barrel, not sure how deep but I have a friend deleting the choke and making an inside crown to hopefully fix the issue.

I'm looking for other barrel options just in case this is a fail. Yes, I could buy one from PA but ti's a 2 week waiting period for a barrel that could've been from the same bad batch.

Any help is appreciated.

I purchased these two scopes without realizing that the adjustable parallax minimum is 50 yards. I’m a springer guy, and although I do enjoy stretching them out from time to time, most of my shooting is under 50 yards. These are terrific scopes. Solid, clear, quality through and through. Hence the lifetime no questions asked warranty. They’re Brand New!!! Neither has ever seen a single shot. One was mounted, but removed and never fired when I realized that I couldn’t focus with high magnification at 25 yards. The other is still sealed in the factory plastic and has never been opened.
