I bought the gun new from Beeman in 1986 I believe it to be the Deluxe model with maple stock; it is .177 cal. SN 60224. I used it lightly for a few years then put it in the safe when we moved. When I resurrected it in 2018, the main seal had disintegrated which is typical. All else was good so I ordered a seal kit from airrifleheadquarters.com/, rebuilt the gun and all was well. After more research I bought the upgrade kit described below and installed it with great results. The gun shoots jsb 7.33 g pellets at 803 fps last I checked.

All aspects of the gun are EC. I have the original paperwork and manuals and I believe it to be collector quality. Includes Beeman padded soft case, original main spring, spare main seal & misc seals, Air Venturi spring compressor.

The gun came from AEA Northeast. It started jamming in semi auto mode so I sent it back to Pete who claimed it was fixed.
The gun arrived and continued to jam, so I sent it to Bin Tac the AEA USA importer. The gun arrived and still had jamming issues.
I was told it was user error, nothing wrong with the gun. I don't believe that. The jamming issue is still unsolved.

So what you have is a gun that works perfectly in bolt action mode, holds air, reg works well, but will jam in semi auto mode.
** It is important that the buyer understand the jamming issues. I am trying to be completely honest, it will eventually jam in semi auto.

I have an Air Arms S500 Extra FAC in .22 caliber and in a Walnut Stock. This rifle is a single shot rifle and puts out around 30 foot pounds of energy. It has a power adjuster wheel. This rifle is unregulated. This rifle is in good condition but does have some markings on the thread protector (as noted in the pictures). Nice Shooting Chrony Alpha model, works great. One skyscreen rod bent from errant round and some of the plastic skyscreen pieces are cracked, but I rarely use them anyway outdoors.
